Because our house is built like a tank, every single bay between studs had multiple horizontal studs. He found a solution that worked and it looks spectacular. Our previous tv had not centered by the installer, and it was off just enough to make me crazy. Dennis got this behemoth dead on center, and with as many studs as he screwed into, this mount will never move. The scope of our job was: -Remove 85" tv & mount -Install new mount & 98" tv -In wall wiring (I love this part!!! It's so clean looking) -remove 55" tv in bedroom and install new tv I just wish that Dennis did other things, but he doesn't. Happily, this gave us the opportunity to finally upgrade our 10+-year-old surround sound wiring with a more modern, sleeker setup. We reached out to Intellihome, they heard our ideas, added a few additional quality-of-life features that we hadn't even thought of, and got to work. Im not sure what I was expecting, but the end result exceeds even those vague expectations. The new wiring is a big future-proofing upgrade, wires are tucked neatly into the wall, and as you can see in my photo, there are zero cables hanging from the TV -- a crucial feature when you have four curious, chaotic cats. Intellihome was extremely easy to work with, exceedingly professional, and they do great work. When we eventually opt for further surround sound upgrades, we'll be calling Intellihome.

Matt and Paul changed my life and brought me into the 21st century. I had recently moved in a new…read morehouse from out of state and had to start from scratch. It began with needing internet as well replacing a complicated, antiquated AV system. What started out as six clunky AV components with multiple remotes was replaced with ONE main device. Clean and easy. I now have kick-ass internet, non-glare TVs with Sonos bars giving me phenomenal sound. They also installed additional Sonos speakers so I can seamlessly listen to music throughout the house, something I love but have never had. There were other goodies I needed that they were able to supply: a new thermostat, camera door bell, and security cameras all thoughtfully placed around the property - and all connected to my phone. Hook Me Up Solutions covered all the bases I needed and did so in a timely, professional manner. And they're super nice guys! In many ways, they truly went above and beyond. I'm not the most tech savvy person but Matt and Paul patiently got me up to speed on how to use all the new technology, most of it from my phone. This was key. In addition, they also updated my lighting. I had outdated recessed lighting, which they replaced and installed dimmers throughout the house, making a huge difference. Last but not least, I had carted an antique chandelier from California that I wanted in my dining room (replacing a very generic fixture). I was waiting forever on an electrican to do this.
