Solvang Farmer Pumpkin patch is absolutely perfect. The parking is free & the entrance is free. They are so many pumpkins too choose from and so many in perfect condition. Great prices and they have a corn maze $10. They also sale Kettle Corn and Waters. If you finish the corn maze and find all the Signs you get a prize. We sure finished it and found all signs. We showed proof and the staff was nice enough to show us our prize a mini pumpkin (how cute). we had such an amazing time. read more

The pumpkin patch is charming! I felt the maze was quite expensive! There's no shade offered anywhere so even though we wanted to hangout more, there was no place to do so. They had a lot of pumpkins in all sizes! The staff were friendly! I wish they would have thoroughly explained how everything works when we first arrived. PS-the maze is definitely a challenge! read more

This pumpkin patch is awesome! The variety of pumpkin colors, sizes, and shapes is amazing! They have two different corn mazes- one for kids and one for adults. There's also tons of photo-op spots to capture the best Fall photo. The kids in my party had so much fun pulling one of the wagons and scoping out all of the pumpkin options. I ended up taking two really unique little baby pumpkins. This spot is easy to find and offers a lot of parking. The staff working were really friendly and greeted us as we arrived at the counter to pay. read more

Such a cute and charming pumpkin patch! Stopped in on a recent weekend visit with my teen to Solvang! While smaller than LA patches it has a ton more charm! I actually liked that it was straight to the point with its offerings. With a wide variety of pumpkins to pick from (they even have black pumpkins, sunflowers and dried corn, etc), an awesome cornmaze to get lost in and some really yum kettle and caramel corn popcorn to take home! We very much enjoyed our visit! We took home several varieties of pumpkins to decorate our home for fall! read more

We had such a fun time at the Solvang Farmer pumpkin patch! They have a great variety of pumpkins and really cute photo ops. The staff was super friendly and even offered free kettle corn samples. Entrance is free, but there's a small fee if you want to do the corn maze which was $10 per person. Felt pretty affordable. We did it and loved the little scavenger hunt where you can win a mini pumpkin if you complete it. Perfect family outing, highly recommend! read more

"Loved the Solvang pumpkin patch -- easy parking, not crowded, and the maze was so much fun with the family! Bonus: their homemade popcorn was amazing!" read more

We didn't get the opportunity to check out this pumpkin patch. We found it online, we thought we'd take the kids, it showed as "open" and when we got there it looked closed, since we seen other people trying to go in we parked trying to figure out if it was open. Few moments later, a lady and man drive up and go up to our car to tell us to leave because we are on private porperty. She came off as rude and bothered by us, we were simply trying to visit the patch, not trespass. She was the owner of the patch and couldn't apologize for not updating her operating hours . read more

Decided to take a a pumpkin adventure and head north to Solvang to visit this amazing local pumpkin patch! The drive alone is worth it but the patch really screamed small town family vibe. The selection of pumpkins was plentiful from small decorative to jack-o-lantern and baking to massive monster pumpkins to make your neighbors jealous. The corn maze was fantastic with full grown corn stocks that really filled in so it was actually difficult and confusing to traverse. They make the corn maze a scavenger hunt with 5 hidden items to locate making it a game. We spent an hour plus in the maze going round and round. Pricing was similar to every other patch you've seen. They also had popcorn and kettle corn to snack on. I'm be of the best pumpkin patches I've been too. read more

The hubby and I decided to take a trip to Solvang. We both never been and wanted an adventure and it was so worth it. We made sure we stopped by this pumpkin patch. It's not a big pumpkin patch in my opinion but it is just right. There aren't rides or anything but it's a place to get a pumpkin, get lost in the corn maze, and take a few pictures. read more

We came here for the corn maze. A local told us she has never been able to get out, so we decided to give it a try. $8 for the maze and they sell snacks and drinks that you can take in if you want. We were a team of 4 and made it out after a lot of wrong turns and dead ends, but took us about 1hr. The pumpkin patch had all kinds to pick from and was fun to enjoy as well! read more

Good selection however prices have increased from last year...sticker shock on the increase for pumpkins in 2025

Nice pumpkin patch ~ a little expensive at $40 at big pumpkin, but there was certainly a great variety to choose from. Also, no information on their website about if dogs are allowed - and they did not answer the phone all morning as we were driving down from the bay area. No dogs on the pumpkin patch property by the way. If you don't have a dog and you're looking for some pretty pumpkins and some fun in their corn maze, this is a perfect place to come! read more

We drove from Santa Barbara to come to this pumpkin patch and it was worth the drive! There are so many pumpkins to choose from and farming equipment for the kids to explore. Lots of places to take pictures and post to social media (or Yelp!). The 14 acre corn maze was fun! My 6 and 8 year olds were able to do it in 23 minutes. Parking is free and plentiful. read more

We traipsed through the labyrinth, the scent of sweet corn wafting in the warm Indian-summer air. The corn is young, capped with mounds of moist silk, and the stalks are so green they'd make a leprechaun blush. Presiding over sales on this fine Thursday morning was a young lady with a bright smile and warm heart. We felt like kids as we skipped across the patches of orange, green, white, tangerine beauties, gnarled and knobby, stalks cut long--taking selfies with the lot and the old trucks and farm equipment. Alas, I settled on a gourd of deep green flecked with white spots and sporting a neck like a duck. I can't think of a more wholesome way to spend an autumn morning. Bravo, Solvang Pumpkin Patch! Thank you for all your work in putting together this lovely site. Epic experience. read more

Beautiful scenery and fun photo opportunity place! I love the corn maze and that they have one for our younger kid friends and some really tall adult corn maze options! They have cute hats and fun popcorn to snack on as you wander through a gorgeously crafted corn maze. They have a night corn maze coming up that looks like a blast! Went there with the family and we were amazed by the sizes of the pumpkins and just enjoyed hanging out for a bit. Definitely a new tradition to head here in October and conquer the maze and take advantage of the photo opportunity read more

The coolest pumpkin patch I've even been to, we came here to check out the corn maze they have (the maze path is different every year). Besides the corn giant corn maze the pumpkin patch itself is huge. Lot of space and lots of cool farm equipment to take picture with or have in the background. The corn maze cost $7 per person, and they also have a smaller kids maze for $3. read more

If you're visiting Solvang, you should definitely drive up to the pumpkin patch if it's the season. So many big pumpkins and photo ops. I loved the old, rusty vehicles and farm equipment throughout the area. It wasn't over crowded like most pumpkin patches and everything is nicely spaced out, so we got a lot of great pictures. Their corn maze is pretty big too and it's not expensive at all. read more

I love this pumpkin patch. For one, it is free to get in. Other patches charge admission just to get in. This pumpkin patch has pumpkins, a maze, and plenty of places to take pictures with kids if that is your thing. In addition to buying pumpkins I took pictures with my two year old on several farm tractors and an old truck. The pumpkins are reasonably priced and the staff are friendly. My only minor quibble is that when it is busy it is hard to get in and out of the parking lot. My wife has been going to this patch for many years and we will continue to go here as our yearly tradition when in the SYV. read more

Really cool pumpkin patch! One of the best I've ever seen. It's such a beautiful area around there. They have such a huge variety of pumpkins, and gourds. More than I've ever seen anywhere! From 100's of pounds to little ones. And they grow them all there on their farm. They have a huge corn maze too. I didn't do the maze but it looked awesome. Highly recommended if you are in the Solvang area. read more

The biggest pumpkin patch I've ever been too, I even called it a pumpkin farm on TikTok. The scenery is gorgeous and the corn maze was really neat, the entire family enjoyed it. The one thing I do recommend you bring is your own water, they sold zero beverages and only had popcorn for sale. Plenty of picture perfect opportunities. read more

This is the pumpkin patch to go to if you live in the area! We were looking all over and this is one of the few patches that has free admission and a wide variety of pumpkins! They have corn and pumpkins for sale ranging from $2-$20, which is a great deal for the size of pumpkins you get. They have popcorn, a corn maze, easy checkout (cash and card), as well as a cute wagon with all the little pumpkins of every shape and color, as well as corn for sale. There is even an old school farmers truck for photo ops. On the flip side, there were limited wagons to use but you just have to hunt down people in the parking lot and share. There's easy parking on the side of the patch, as well as a lot in the back. Had a blast, highly recommend! read more

Came to the pumpkin patch to try the maze. It was great. My boys had fun . They have a smaller maze for young kids . Which is perfect a little fun for everybody.. There is a charge to go on the maze. I think I paid like $18 for myself and my two kids..and it's a $3 charge for the little maze. Overall I think it's great they also have lots of pumpkins to choose from lots of different textures and colors. They have a few set aside that you can use to make a pumpkin pie. Two thumbs up highly recommend to come try the maze it took us about 20 minutes to find our way out super fun. read more

Great place to head to for pumpkins... much better than any cheesy little 'pumpkin patches' you'll find in the city. The business is family owned and run and they do a great job at it. The pumpkins are all grown locally by the family. They have a few varieties of pumpkins (I recall more in the past so it may vary year to year) and they're good quality pumpkins. We have bought pumpkins from them and had them live all the way through the next year to the following Halloween! Of the pumpkins we bought this year, one is darned likely the biggest we have ever got (somewhere around 200lbs!!!). Take the time to head on up to Solvang to grab some pumpkins. Make a day of it and go visit the town or a local winery. From highway 246 just East of town, turn North and they're located ~1mi up the road on your right. They're open during pumpkin season (check out their facebook!). read more

Took my family out here after moving into the area this summer. Couldn't be happier with our experience! Great quality pumpkins and gourds with a nice setup of old farm equipment, hay bales to climb, and two mazes (a small one for little children, $3 per child adults free, and a larger one.) We had a wagon full of pumpkins for a little over $50. We'll be coming back! read more

Best pumpkins around at an amazing price! They also have a fun corn maze for kids that we love. We look forward to coming here every year!!

This place was OK. The mazes the best part but not worth the price, we won't be going again if it's going to be that expensive. The pumpkins were also overpriced and there wasn't much else going on other than the maze overall still a great view but definitely did not get your moneys worth read more
