I came in to LuxeSkin for a HydraFacial, and let me tell you - the whole experience from start to…read morefinish was EXCELLENT. First, scheduling was very easy. I opted to make my appointment over the phone, but there's also an online scheduling option, if that works best for you. Maddy took my call and answered any questions I had, and was sweet and professional to work with. I was also sent a text reminder, which I appreciated and shows that they are interested in using up to date scheduling technology, which is a really good sign. Second, the medspa itself. The entry is around the back of the building, which I imagine is important for anyone wanting to be more discrete. Inside, the space was clean and beautiful - it has a relaxing atmosphere and doesn't feel overly clinical. I was immediately greeted and asked if I wanted a beverage, and then was ushered into a second waiting comfy room to fill out my intact paperwork. The music is typical relaxing spa music and they have it at just the right volume throughout the spa. After I filled out my paperwork, Maddy (who just happened to also be doing my facial!) came in and we talked about some of my skin concerns and goals, she was extremely knowledgeable and also just so sweet and friendly, she put me immediately at ease (this was my first HydraFacial). Next, the treatment itself. First off: the treatment room was a great temperature, no harsh overhead lights, and again that relaxing spa music. I changed into the little robe I was given and settled onto the gloriously warm treatment table. The next 50 minutes were just pure bliss, as Maddy expertly did each step of the Elite HydraFacial. It was much gentler than I had expected, like a tiny vacuum on my face. In between, I believe she was putting different serums on, and she did the red LED light for inflammation and anti aging. It was all just so wonderful and relaxing. Maddy was amazing! Afterwards my skin was as soft as a baby's bum, and it wasn't at all red or blotchy, which also surprised me! I went to lunch immediately afterwards without feeling the least bit self conscious, and in fact felt that "celebrity glow" that's so elusive. I also bought a couple of the products Maddy suggested and am already feeling the difference in my skin. TL;DR - I would absolutely recommend Luxeskin spa, and am looking forward to trying more of their services. Especially if you're looking for a facial to do before a big event like a wedding, the HydraFacial Elite at this medspa is the way to go!

She has done an amazing job with my hair--she's quite genuine and nice. I am a brunette with fine, long hair that I have dyed vibrant pink all over. So, my hair needs to be lightened/foiled then dyed pink, which is kind of harsh on hair, but Anne has kept my hair in great shape. She takes the time needed to do it properly, has a plan for future visits, advises product/product usage, shapes my style well and does an amazing blowout. Very happy!! SPA: The services I've had: massage, pedicure, waxing and manicure. Massage: I haven't done a massage service since my favorite well-studied masseuse left, but it is a wonderful experience that I need to get back to. Pedicure: Pedis are my favorite spa service. It's SO relaxing with massage chairs and excellent & knowledgeable pedicurists! Friends from out-of-town always request I book this service for us. They rave about their pedi experiences! And I do, too! BUT here I must take a star away: Scheduling for 2 or more people has been impossible over the past year and a half; even with two different spa services (one mani & one pedi; or one pedi, one hair appt). Front desk staff has not tried to work with me in figuring something else out; no advising on options like reconfiguring services, add an extra tech for a day or anything else--and I've been going there for 15-20 years! Many out-of-towners have been disappointed; as have I. Waxing: I have always been pleased with their waxing services. Especially my bikini area being extra sensitive. Actually, my skin is very sensitive and I never had an issue with pain during or after waxing. No rashes or ingrowns--from brows to underarms! I've tried waxing at home without success so FG is my go to. Sanitary conditions, skilled waxers--quite good. Manicure: I used to get a regular manicure weekly. I could bring my own polish and get a perfect result each time. I've been trying to save money and do it at home, with poor results, so I need to go back for weeklys. They offer many kinds of manis! I have stayed with regular polish, but if I wanted to try another type, it is available. Overall: A pretty great salon & spa! I've had some appt results that I wasn't thrilled with, but nothing horrible--no botched spa or hair services. I would definitely recommend this location!

I trust her to try new things like a long bob or a slight hint of purple in my color. There's always easy parking outside and they always offer me coffee/tea/water. Post-Covid they have magazines! One of my favorite parts about a visit to the salon is catching up on print magazines- it relaxes me. They've got them. Jess and I definitely talk about all the things in the magazines This is the best time to start going to Frank Gironda because they're getting a GLOW UP!

The staff here are truly wonderful and highly skilled, the front desk is extremely kind and accommodating. I have mild scoliosis and couldn't figure out the best approach to a pain-free massage, but leave it to the staff to recommend a "pregnancy massage" - works like a charm for me since I can't lay on my stomach comfortably! Marissa gives - hands down - THE BEST facials. Having never enjoyed someone touching my face (EVER), this is honestly my favorite service each and every time. Marissa customized my facials each time depending on what my skin needs. She's such a sweet person too! Kathy gives the best pedicures and honestly is just a wonderful human being. I lost my mom recently and she just showered me with love - thank you for always being amazing. I've had a few masseuses but Claudia takes the cake and I won't go to anyone else now. I opted for an anti-aging facial and booked with Nicole based on review recommendations. I loved her! I only had one facial in my lifetime and that was in April at the Cosmopolitan's spa in Vegas. That facial couldn't even compare to the anti-aging facial I received at Me Spa. After my experience with Nicole, I know what an excellent facial should be. Nicole started by meeting me in the relaxation room and wrapping a warm towel around my neck and brought in a basin and filled it with warm sudsy water to soak my feet. I stayed there for about 15 minutes. Nicole came back to dry my feet and then escorted me to her room. The anti-aging facial comprised of cleansing, applying serums and lotions, exfoliation, vitamin C peel and cupping. Yes, cupping on my face. Everything that Nicole pampered me with was gentle to my face, hydrating and refreshing. Not only did I get a facial, but I got an upper body massage and a foot massage and moisturizing treatment. It was so much more than just a facial. I highly recommend the anti-aging facial. And not only do I recommend that, but I highly recommend Nicole as well. I can't wait to go back Me Spa. I left with a beautiful glowing and hydrating face.

The…read morePA who evaluated me, did the initial biopsy, and then the excision was technically competant, however she exercised poor clinical judgement in the direction of an extremely aggressive approach to treatment, which resulted in an office operation that removed a large chunk of totally normal skin, and took 8 sutures to close. My case had the dermatologist's attention for only the 15 seconds she came into the room to give the nod for the surgery. Whether she looked at or paid any attention to the "lesion" itself is questionable. A shave biopsy had been taken on the very small area of skin on my first visit there. It showed a very low-grade type of basal cell carcinoma....something that was even less likely to be a problem than the standard type of basal cell. Twice before the actual surgery, I suggested directly to the PA that she was being overly aggressive, ie employing an "overkill" approach. That had no effect on her thinking or management plan. When I sat on the table the day of surgery, the PA and the Dr were looking at no lesion, only scar tissue. There was no visible tumor. It had been removed by the original shaving. This was verified because the pathology report from the skin they removed confirmed it. It revealed that there was no tumor there, just normal skin and some scar tissue healing at the location of the original shave biopsy. Yet they proceeded with surgery on my normal arm. The proper management of this would have been to postpone the surgery for 3-6 months and see if anything grew back. That would have saved me from an unnecessary surgery and its related significant expense. I wrote a detailed complaint accusing them of poor clinical judgement and an overly aggressive approach to my treatment, including my concern that their attitude would negatively affect other patients as well. I did hear back from the doctor who denied there was any problem with how it was handled. Decide for yourself whether undergoing surgery for removal of normal skin was a good outcome. I strongly recommend that you avoid this office.
