During the day, parking here has not been an issue, can't speak to evenings and weekends. See my earlier review for specific directions because you enter the parking lot from North Ave. which is a one-way street heading west. (first street south of the Naperville train station). Enter the rear door from the parking lot, do not go to the front door of the building. There is a small waiting area as soon as you enter. She asked me frequently if I needed a break due to the fact that with the first waxing of a frequently shaved area, it may be quite painful. She explained that it will get better with more frequent waxings--when the hair becomes softer & more sparse. She also gave me good pointers on how to manage for the next several days after the waxing to avoid complications such as ingrown hairs, etc. I will definitely be back in the recommended time frame!
