Dr. Suwan was kind and informative about what options there were, how they differ, and which would be best for what I was looking to achieve (minimize 11's and forehead lines). The office itself is clean and well kept. So far I'm very happy with the results and already have my next appointment set. I don't have a before photo, but the last photo is me trying to make a face so the lines appear and as you can see my 11s and forehead lines are barely there and this is after only 1 appointment!!

    I went to Dr. Suwan in February 2024 for lip fillers and had a very disappointing experience. I…read morewent in for fillers only, but she repeatedly pushed Botox on me. The injections were rough, I had significant swelling and bruising around my lips, and I was given no aftercare instructions. My lips went back to their original size within a month. When I called, I was told I needed a second syringe and that this had supposedly been discussed during my visit. I went back, and instead of addressing why the filler didn't last, she tried to sell me a third syringe, commenting that my smile was "very wide." Once again, the results faded within a month. In February 2026, I went to a different injector (BRN, RN). She was thorough, gentle, and professional. She couldn't even feel any prior filler in my lips. I received one syringe, had no bruising, minimal swelling, and loved the results. The difference in skill and professionalism was night and day. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this provider.

    The doctors and care at Duly are great. But the phone system and/or training of those who answer…read morecan be a nightmare. I have to change mail order pharmacies due to a change in insurance. Aetna/CVS Caremark worked through my prescriptions in detail, contacted Northwestern Medicine for the ones prescribed by those doctors, with no problem and these prescriptions are on the way. However, Duly is not returning their calls. For days now, I have gotten texts asking me to get my provider to contact them. So I call Duly, get placed on hold, from the hold they drop me back into the phone queue. I leave a message for them to call me. They call me, I ask not to be placed on hold, they put me on hold anyway and I get dropped back into the initial phone queue. (I suspect this is also happening to pharmacies who call them.) Eventually, someone calls me back and tells me it is my responsibility to find out the Pharmacy's address. Since Northwestern is already shipping the prescriptions I got from them, I went to my Northwestern MyChart, copied the new pharmacy address from there and tried to enter it into my Duly mychart. Duly's MyChart won't accept it. I messaged through MyChart, explaining the problem, including the address. Of the 4 options for tagging the message, the only one that made sense was 'Insurance'. Got a reply message that I had reached the wrong department. Have now messaged with a tagline "medical question". If that doesn't work, registered letters are next. So far I've spent over 6 hours (including all the phone calls and holds with all parties) trying to get this simple issue taken care of. Still not resolved.

    The doctors may be wonderful, but this organization is a disgrace…read more Let's say that you are a patient of a doctor who practices at the downtown Wheaton office, for example. Lucky you! That office recently changed its phone system so that there is no way to contact your doctor's office directly and you now get to play the phone tree lottery if you ever have a question that can't be answered by the Duly app. Say, for example, you have a question about a test result in MyChart, released to you weeks ago but which has yet to be reviewed by your (likely overworked) doctor, notwithstanding that handy on-line "message" feature. You now get to call a central scheduling number (which sounds like it goes to an overseas call center) and then have the joyful opportunity to convince (beg) an operator to transfer your call to your doctor or nurse's office. Patient privacy? Forget it! They will ask to know why you think you are entitled to have your call put through so, yes, expect to disclose whatever condition you have to a total stranger so they can judge whether you are worthy to continue your attempt to leave a message for your doctor. Did you successfully pass the gatekeeper of the phone lines? Great. Now wait on hold for 10-15 minutes until given the option to leave a callback number, and hope that someone from your doctor's office takes pity on you and calls you back. (unless your call is dropped first, which means starting the process over again.) It is quite possibly that the end result of your efforts will be a call from a nurse who has never met your doctor and is "helping" from a "remote location" but is happy to "pass on your message". Did you instead get a call from a nurse who actually works with and knows your doctor? Congrats, you just won the lottery. TLDR: Don't bother asking your doctor for a direct line or expecting to be able to communicate after your office visit. Duly in its wisdom has decided that is not efficient.

    I was originally a patient of a dermatologist in the naperville derm group but was referred to get…read moreaesthetic treatments with Leanne at the Belleza Skin Care institute to correct a wrong done by a laser in the derm office. I can only speak great things of this institute! They are all so amazing and friendly. Always so caring and polite. I have been coming here for almost 3 years now and consider Leanne a personal acquaintance. She takes such good care of my skin as if it were her own. She is very knowledgeable of all skin care products and provides the most complete service on every visit. The office is just newly located. Clean and complete with a make up bar for consultations and new product displays. They have started up new services for waxing and also offer monthly specials. I trust my face in their hands...I think you can too!

    This unfortunately was not a great experience…read more It started great...as a walk-in the girls at front desk we're able to answer my questions about services offered and get me scheduled for a consult and save time for a procedure as well. Next day, I show up for my consult, excited to try a new service the technician is running late (these are crazy times so I wasn't too annoyed.) Twenty minutes later I get called back by a very stressed & rushed technician (I don't believe in public shaming so won't name her here. I also feel bad that people are having a hard time in current environment). Bottom line: I paid $150 for Dermaplanning and a facial that lasted 20 mins, was very rushed, and left peach fuzz on my face. There was nothing relaxing about my experience. Nothing. I called back after I got home and reassessed the results to question the incompleteness of the service (she missed my left cheek!) and was transferred to same rushed tech who implied it was my fault for not checking more thoroughly prior to leaving (again- it was a new procedure for me, so wasn't exactly sure what to look for or expect). She offered to correct the issue by having me drive 45 the next day to another location in Darien where she was scheduled and had an opening. No apologies. No above and beyond effort of making things right. Do yourselves a favor and save the $$$$. Go to a spa that follows through and guarantees satisfaction without making you jump thru hoops.
