Dr. Danahey then performed 2 surgeries to reconstruct the ear. The work he did was nothing short of miraculous. It's not even been 4 months yet, and it's almost impossible to tell that I'd ever had the cancer surgery! Not only does Dr. Danahey do brilliant work in the operating room, he is also very respectful, gentle, and kind. He is patient in answering questions (and I often had many!) and never seems in a rush even when the waiting room full of patients waiting to see him. I would highly recommend him to anyone thinking of having any sort of cosmetic surgery.

The injections were rough, I had significant swelling and bruising around my lips, and I was given no aftercare instructions. My lips went back to their original size within a month. When I called, I was told I needed a second syringe and that this had supposedly been discussed during my visit. I went back, and instead of addressing why the filler didn't last, she tried to sell me a third syringe, commenting that my smile was "very wide." Once again, the results faded within a month. In February 2026, I went to a different injector (BRN, RN). She was thorough, gentle, and professional. She couldn't even feel any prior filler in my lips. I received one syringe, had no bruising, minimal swelling, and loved the results. The difference in skill and professionalism was night and day. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this provider.

The office is in the Town Square outdoor mall located upstairs from Egg'lectic Cafe. I was so cranky on my first search for that location. But, since then, I haven't had to wait longer than 5 minutes, for any appointment. No one likes to be late for work due to a long waiting room experience. I have "fired" doctors before for making me wait. Back to the services... I was 54 and had never had any cosmetic work done, so I was nervous. My primary care physician recommended Dr. Herrmann based on personal knowledge. My first appointment was an evaluation in which I was clear, "Don't make me look like I have on a mask; just make the wrinkles a little softer." Dr. Herrmann listened and advised. I returned for a few injections (filler and botox) to correct my hatred of excessive upper lip lines and deep frown lines between the eyes (he injected a little numbing agent first). The doctor also treated for a downturned mouth and thinning lips. The follow-up appointment was a little more botox between the eyes and over upper lip. Since then, I had one 5-month visit for botox. I added a before/after pic, because I wanted pics when I was so afraid of injections. And, I am not ashamed of getting real about aging. I find Dr. Herrmann and his staff to be good listeners, professional in their approach, friendly, and excellent communicators. Bridget has had to treat my foot 4 times (or 5). She is punctual, friendly, helpful, tries to be painless, informative, and pleasant. I look forward to her smiling face and direct approach to treatment.

I also feel bad that people are having a hard time in current environment). Bottom line: I paid $150 for Dermaplanning and a facial that lasted 20 mins, was very rushed, and left peach fuzz on my face. There was nothing relaxing about my experience. Nothing. I called back after I got home and reassessed the results to question the incompleteness of the service (she missed my left cheek!) and was transferred to same rushed tech who implied it was my fault for not checking more thoroughly prior to leaving (again- it was a new procedure for me, so wasn't exactly sure what to look for or expect). She offered to correct the issue by having me drive 45 the next day to another location in Darien where she was scheduled and had an opening. No apologies. No above and beyond effort of making things right. Do yourselves a favor and save the $$$$. Go to a spa that follows through and guarantees satisfaction without making you jump thru hoops.
