I ate in the cafeteria many times. I'm vegetarian, and during the week had multiple choices, including a full salad bar, often a vegetable or cheese pizza though not always, and the option to order a grilled cheese at the grill. Note that on the weekend there are far fewer selections and I had to make do with a very limited salad bar and a waffle maker. But for a non-vegetarian, this is an excellent cafeteria, enough so that I would consider coming here for a quick lunch if you work nearby. I really liked all the slices of pie for dessert and treated myself during a difficult time.

They call us demanding us to come pick him up at 1 am because they are discharging him . We said he is being violent and making threats to himself and community. They said he has home and we need to take him to different facility. We arrive to take Jim home from emergency room to take him home. The hospital had to call their security to try to control him. They still sent him home he could not even hardly walk because of the drugs they injected him with. The hospital did not even wheel chair him out of hospital even though he was making threats to others and was staggering around. He left hospital he decided he would make threats and wand around schoonover park at 200 am. He was very dangerous to community the Lima police department and st Rita's does not care about the community and release a dangerous person into the community.

Dr. Ahmad Anouti MD.is the single worse neurologist in this city and maybe the state!!! Firstly he…read morehas absolutely no compassion for his patients, and his competence is questionable at best. I was unfortunate enough to have to see him due to insurance for the last two years and have had enough. He changes my medications at will with no discussion or appointment, and that is when he writes the right ones. Most months getting the medication I need for a serious condition is like drawing the lottery. I can never tell what is going to happen. There have been more than ten instances where I had to argue with his nursing staff about which medicine I am on because the doctor doesn't always look at my chart to see what he has prescribed, and then when his nurses pull my records and show him, he still argues with his own notes and refuses to admit he made a mistake, leaving me with the wrong medicine for an entire month not knowing what the next month holds. He has also given me referrals without my knowledge or consultation and I have to find out when the University Hospital sends me appointment papers. Then when I called to ask his staff about the referral they had absolutely no knowledge he had even given one. When he finally confirms that he did in fact make the referral he tells me it is for one thing only for me to travel three hours away only to find out that the doctor he referred me to doesn't even handle the care he referred me for in the first place. Lastly, I have no confidence in this doctor or his decisions, mostly due to his inconsistency, and causing me personally undue suffering. I recommend that everyone should steer clear of this quack!

Not to mention this "non payment" took place in June of 2013 and I am just now hearing about this now in March of 2015!!! When I called Dr Heaphy's office to question this mistake the receptionist could not have been more rude. When I questioned why there was no phone call made right away to me regarding this issue, all she did was pass the blame and avoided my question... This receptionist kept telling me they sent notice letters to me, even after I told her I moved from Lima in 2013 at least 6 times. But that's not the point... The point is that if I didn't respond to the first, or the second, or the third letter, why wouldn't you call me to try and correct this issue? And not 2 years after the fact?! I mean, I feel like it's common sense! Then she blamed me for not leaving a forwarding address... I mean, how was I to know I would be billed for something I already paid for? It takes a lot to get me upset but she managed to do it during our 5:57 second phone call. So my advice to all new or current patients: Keep all your receipts from them for a minimum of 2 years apparently to make sure they don't double charge you... BTW- I had a couple moles removed and the stitching was sub-par. I had to go to a new dermatologist in Columbus to try and hide the new scars.

Well, he must have been having a really bad day, because he took one look at my face and in a very dismissive tone of voice he said he wouldn't do anything because there were several spots on my face that were irritated and still healing. Okay, no problem, I thought-he could just treat my acne and then treat my coloring problem. But, I was absolutely taken aback when he abruptly stopped, and again, in a very dismissive tone, he told me that he would NOT treat my coloring problem until my face was completely healed. So, in that same dismissive tone of voice he told me to call for an appointment when my face was totally healed. He then turned and just walked right out of the room! I could NOT believe what had just happened! To this day, I still do not have a clue as to why he acted that way that day. But, I guess I'll never know because I will NEVER make the mistake of seeing HIM again!

It is…read moretherefore ironic that one of the biggest changes we have experienced with moving across the country centered around our health. This is something we continue to deal with because one thing we realized coming here was... that Miami healthcare is absolute garbage and that my new locality has better healthcare. Perfect example of this would have to be in regards to dermatology. For years... YEARS! I suffered not only with acne but with a skin condition in the back of my scalp... including my brother as well. I had it since I was in 9th grade. The condition was painful, sometimes more and sometimes less depending on how bad the episode was. Sometimes the pain would be mild, sometimes it hurt so bad it was awful to lay my head on a pillow, sometimes it just hurt that bad by itself. I went to dermatologist after dermatologist, trying to find a way to fix this. They all gave me different opinions on what it was and different treatments. I cannot describe the amount of different pills, ointments, and shampoos I tried for the condition... they didn't work or didn't work for long. One shyster told me laser surgery would fix it... yeah he couldn't explain how though... i didn't do that one. My brother and I started treating with Dr.Gray in Lima in June of 2020. We were both pretty jaded with all our prior dermatological experiences and expected to keep going thru this for the rest of our lives. For about half the year, we tried different pills and ointments that did not work until he decided that the way to finally fix this problem for good was to take isotretonin. It was a long treatment starting in January 2021 and ending in July...requiring constant check up with him and bloodwork because the medicine is very strong. Dr. Gray even was nice enough once we were starting to stabilize to do e-visits after our working hours as it was hard to constantly take off work. He would tell us to keep the faith that we would get thru this and it would get fixed. You know what though? It worked! IT WORKED! I can't describe what it feels like to be finally free of this problem after years of this. This man is a miracle worker! I pray that it would stick and except for one brief and flare up (i think due to stress), i have been pain free. I am thankful I tried one last time and got treated by Dr. Gray. I always tell everyone I speak to now, if you have a skin issue or need to see a dermatologist... you NEED to see Dr. Gray in Lima.
