When I call they know who I am and are excited to find me the first available opening for my issue. I've had lower back issues for years that flare up from time to time. Other chiropractors don't seem to have the passion to look for long term goals and treatments like Dr Steven does. He has me stop back by or call the office just to let him know how I'm feeling after a visit. Also looking around his office you can tell he takes pride in his work and the work he did in the military!! As a Veteran myself I greatly appreciate his service to our country and to our community.

It…read moreseemed the staff thought my concerns were humorous because she burst out laughing when she left. The Dr. seemed unusual as well. The entire interaction was. He asked how I was feeling and went straight to say "lay on your stomach" & afterwards left the room quicker than I could breathe. Seemed as though my entire experience was uncomfortable. Moving forward I plan to just continue going to the Cridersville location.
