My first visit was pleasant, which is why I decided to come back. This time, I ordered what I believe was the tri-tip steak wrap. As I was finishing the first half of my wrap, I noticed a dead fly in my food. Needless to say, I was shocked and immediately lost my appetite. I walked to the front and asked to speak with a manager. The cashier who helped me was very friendly and professional. I explained the situation to her, and she relayed it to the manager. While I do appreciate that they refunded my meal, what disappointed me most was the manager's response. He never came over to speak with me, apologize, or acknowledge the situation directly. From where I was standing, he appeared visibly disturbed when informed, but he simply instructed the cashier to issue a refund and never addressed me as the customer. I understand that mistakes happen and that it was a busy lunch rush. However, finding a fly in a meal is a serious food safety issue, and I believe a manager or owner should take a moment to personally speak with the customer, show concern, and offer an apology. A little empathy would have gone a long way. The refund was appreciated, but the lack of acknowledgment and customer care left a much stronger impression than the refund itself. Unfortunately, after this experience, I'm hesitant to return.

Though they are a wrap…read moreshop, they do a ton of other services, including some part installs, ceramic coating, tint, etc. They have worked on my BMW G82 M4 a ton and I couldn't be happier with all the work they've provided. My car is wrapped in colored ppf, though not done by them, I went to them to fix up some of the sensors around the car that weren't cut out initially. They have a machine that can cut circles for the sensors flawlessly, and it works so much better than having someone manually cut a circle out. They also have installed all the carbon fiber parts that I have on the car: Trunk, side skirts, rear spats, exhaust tips, mirror caps, front grilles, air inlets, and front lip. Some of the pieces needed drilling or additional tweaking to ensure proper fitment, and they took care of that with great detail. Not only do they do quality work, but they genuinely care about you and your car. They always call if they find that a part will need additional work or if a part came damaged (in my case my front lip). They have also tinted my car, 20% sides and 50% front windshield in ceramic tint. Their communication is great; they always make sure to set up proper expectations for the work being done. Calvin and his wife Leslie, along with his brother Jordan, always make you feel welcomed. I always love pulling up to their shop to discuss current and future work for my build. After dealing with another shop that did faulty and poor work on my car, resulting in $9k worth of damages, I'm glad to have found a quality shop I can trust.
