PPF edges were jagged and there were lots of particles and air bubbles under the film. My husband and I were so disappointed that we requested to have the PPF removed and refunded, but they refused. The manager kept insisting for us to give them a second chance, so we did. The second time around, it was acceptable, but not great. We can still see the overstretched areas. The driver's side mirror was peeling at the edge. Once again, we had to bring the car back in. Never had a company wasted so much of my time. All I have to say is, it should have been done right the first time. Considering the inconveniences we went through and the result of the PPF, it was not worth the price we paid.

I am giving this company five stars, even though I did not end up using them for my project…read more This is completely for the customer service I received without even being a customer yet. I have a very specific project and called several companies in Sacramento. Dan was really the only one who took some time to look at my project and get back to me and explain to me why they couldn't do it. If I change my project or I get ready to get the windows on my Jeep tinted, I will come back here for sure. I feel the initial contact with the company already tells you how it's going to be if you actually hire them.

One sentence to summarize this review: "absolute obsession with detail!"…read more **Why I chose UFS?** Based on previous positive reviews, fair pricing, and Dan (the owner) being so easy to talk to. **Services I got done** PPF, ceramic coating, and tint. **What really matters** Stellar work! The edges are perfectly hidden, the ceramic coating is incredibly deep, and Dan and his team are very easy to work with. They are passionate about cars and committed to the best quality. I've used other shops before, but UFS outshines them (literally)! If you're particular about your vehicles and want a shop that actually delivers on the promise of perfection, this is the only place to go.

Adrian and Man the owners, along with entire team, are absolutely amazin From the first message to pickup, communication was on point and super professional. The quality of the work is next level--perfect edges, no bubbles, and insane attention to detail. You can tell they take real pride in what they do. What really stood out is how they went above and beyond, making sure everything was flawless and treating my truck like it was their own. The end result looks amazing, and I finally have peace of mind driving knowing my paint is protected. If you care about your vehicle and want it done right the first time, this is the place. Highly recommend.

With my most recent job, I had originally thought of ordering several carbon fiber components for my vehicle including a front splitter and rear diffuser when Adrian (Shop Manager) suggested that we try using carbon fiber paint protection film (PPF) on select components of the vehicle. I was skeptical at first, but the final product defies being able to tell if the part is a carbon overlay or carbon fiber PPF! For sport sedans and other vehicles where carbon fiber accents are typically used, I would strongly encourage that you ask about this service as part of your PPF order. It is quite affordable and well worth the nominal additional cost! As always: highly recommended shop for PPF, Ceramic Window Tint, which I've done four times as well, and much more.

The tint came out perfect and completely changed the look of my car. You can tell they take pride in their work. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything in detail. One of his colleague showed us examples of work completed by his team. I was skeptical at first because I'm a loyal customer of a well-known auto shop. However, since this business was just starting out and they assured us they would address any issues if we weren't satisfied, we decided to give them a try. We had ceramic PPF installed and tinted windows throughout the vehicle, except for the roof. I'm happy to say that we were absolutely thrilled with the results. They wrapped the film around the edges of the vehicle panels to provide an extra layer of protection and create a seamless look. While I can see some of the PPF edges in certain areas, you really have to look closely to notice them. Another great benefit of the way they installed the PPF is that we can now safely power wash the vehicle -- something we were hesitant to do with our other two vehicles because they weren't wrapped the same way. Needless to say, we are extremely happy with the outcome from Vivid Auto Details. Their pricing was excellent, and the turnaround time was reasonable as well. We dropped the vehicle off on Wednesday and picked it up Saturday morning. It was definitely worth the wait! Thanks again, Vivid Auto Details!

I had full front PPF, rocker panel PPF, A-Pillar PPF, all around tint and ceramic coating done on my wife's brand new Tesla and my wife was extremely pleased with the work that was done. I had her previous Tesla PPF somewhere else that she wasn't too happy about it but here she was happy (which makes me happy because she would give me a hard time later about it lol.) Overall the process took about three days and we are happy with the results. They took the trim pieces off to wrap the PPF which is how a place should do it, so 10 out of 10 for that. His pricing is also very competitive compared to other places in town. I'll be taking my other cars here now to get worked on.
