I went because it was my daughter's gift and had to use it before it expires. It was a little bit farther from home. I have had Lagree classes from different places and I love this one because it's in the central location of the Santana Row mall. And across is hot 8 yoga which I eventually bought a week pass since I am going here anyways I wanted to take advantage so I took back-to-back classes. It's good to take classes in the morning because the area is not crowded yet. I I did a little bit of walking go to Starbucks and order a refreshing drink before I start to go to the class. I love this Branch it's clean and has two restrooms that way you don't have to wait too long specially when you're in a hurry. Lol I love their instructors too. Very nice and pleasant. I recommend this place.

I've been coming to this location for a year now and I honestly get so excited whenever I take a class. I currently have the 8 classes/month membership and it's the perfect amount for me since I'm come 2x/week and do other workouts during the week. The studio is always so nice and clean, and the front desk people and instructors are AMAZING! It really feels like such an amazing community here and I've also made so many close friends here. Special shoutout to Jaimee, who is one of my favorite instructors! I would definitely recommend taking her class if you want to get a good workout in. I've also taken classes taught by Sam, Nate, Bernie, and Presley pretty often and they're also so, so great

I've always wanted to take a Solidcore class! If you didn't know, you can get a discount for nurses, just email and ask for the rates of the packages they offer :) I did a drop-in class and it was $40, a bit pricey for one class, but understandable. If you know nothing about lagree and nothing about Solidcore, I suggest you do some background research before coming to class, or show up at least 10-15 minutes before class starts to get familiar with the mega former. I took a 5am class with my friend! The workout was okay it was challenging but also confusing at some points. The instructor was good, she provided adjustments and was very helpful throughout the class. However, again it did get confusing at times and was a very fast paced class. I have taken lagree classes before so I did have knowledge and background prior to this class, so it did make it easier for me. It was hard to hear and comprehend some of the moves that needed to be done, which in turn made me have to look to the person next to me to see what we were working on. Nice clean space, under the blue lights! Bring a towel if you tend to break a sweat, water bottle, and some grippy socks!

MEH. My friends and I booked an intro class together to try, and it was bo-go, so we tried 2 classes. I didn't love my experience here. We were advised to arrive 10 minutes before class and we came earlier to anticipate for traffic and parking. The studio was locked, so we were waiting outside and taking up space on the sidewalk. I thought we came early as newbies, for a tour? A talk about amenities and offers??? Maybe to use the restroom? Nothing. We came early for absolutely nothing. Our original instructor was supposed to be Presley, but got a text and email stating that Savannah was going to teach the intro class. Savannah should not be teaching an intro class, as she did not provide alternatives/easier options and she was quite fast paced. For a first timer, I was not having a good time. She isn't interactive, and honestly, it seems like she does want to be there. Bad vibes all around. Also, not sure why they allow the next class in when I'm not even done wiping down the reformer? It's chaotic like that. There needs to be a buffer period to allow the class to clean and pack up before the next class comes in. It would also help with traffic flow, as the studio and locker area is all in the front and tiny enough as is. I expected that since we didn't get the speech before class, it would be after class when front desk would approach us and ask us about classes and maybe talk about bundles/deals/offers. Absolutely nothing was reviewed with us. I shared all this same information via text to the Client Experience Manager, Meagan, when Solidcore asked me for feedback and got a boo boo excuse for a response. "Unfortunately, our Monday shift was open today due to an unforeseen circumstance. We would love to have you back in and help show you around and speak with you!" I didn't even go on a Monday.... So unorganized. If you're gonna defend yourself, at least get it right. We had one more class left, and we booked another intro class. This time, Presley was the instructor. I must say, the experience was a 360 difference. She provided alternatives in case what we were doing was too difficult, learned our names, and was so kind, patient, and made sure to include everyone in the class. Presley is highly recommended for anyone who has never taken Solidcore before, as she is patient and informative, explaining the mechanics of things and the whys of what to do so we don't hurt ourselves. Workout wise, it's a great workout. I was sore after and used muscles I didn't even know I had. It was humbling to shake like bambi within a few minutes of class! Spicy workout. OVERALL, Solidcore is expensive and lacks the amenities (no showers) and customer service for the price. If I am going to pay $40ish a class, then I expect the price point to represent the services. Yes, it's a great workout, but I won't subject myself to their chaos and lack of flow.

Such an amazing place and a challenging work out each time discovering muscles I didn't even know I have. My main work outs are HIT classes so it's always a treat to reset and concentrate on the movement and my core. The instructors are amazing and always stop to help and make sure you are on track. The studio is super clean and includes all the personal touches like Oribe dry shampoo and lotions. It's like a Pilates spa/ retreat. I like doing early for the convenience of parking and Santana row is always so beautiful and quiet before the rush.

I just finished my 2 week unlimited for $99 for new clients & I'm so glad I challenged myself to do this. I've taken lagree classes before but have never enjoyed them as much as I have at [solidcore]. The energy here is very uplifting & there is so much community here! I have taken classes with a few different coaches & was here during the grand opening to take classes with coaches from different locations. Enza & Mimi have to be my favorite coaches so far! Their energy is inviting & just the right amount of energy I need to wake me up at 6 AM. [solidcore] has been very challenging but in the best way. I've seen my body transform & get stronger in just 2 weeks. Definitely took advantage of the unlimited & took 1 class almost every day during the 2 weeks. Membership prices are a little on the high end for the "average" person, but seem to be consistent pricing for all other locations. I'm so happy they finally opened a [solidcore] in the Northern California area & I can't wait to become a member & see everyone under the blue lights!!

What a fantastic addition to the Santana Row area! My friend invited me to try a class, and Jamie was our instructor. She was AMAZING! Even though I consider myself quite active and regularly engage in strength training, this workout was challenging! Expect to focus on your core for most of the session. Having tried various types of Pilates, I can confidently say this was the hardest. I do wish I had known about the intro class before hand; starting with that would have been a smarter approach. Trying something new can be a bit daunting, especially with all the components of the reformer to learn and understand. At times, it was hard to follow along, but I attribute that to being a first-timer. Despite this, I would definitely come back! Just make sure to arrive early, as the Santana Row parking lot can get quite busy. **ps my core was sore for a good two days! Shout out to everyone who does this regularly, you guys are killing it!

The music was good, the equipment was clean, and the whole place had a cool vibe. The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is because it felt a little crowded, and the class moved pretty fast if you're still learning how everything works. I've done a ton of workout classes similar to this and I think it'd be tough for anyone wanting to start working out if they don't already do some level of activity. It's definitely more expensive than a regular gym, so I probably wouldn't go every day, but it's fun to mix in every now and then when you want to push yourself. Definitely solid!

The studio was also very appealing to the eye. Inside is clean, bathrooms were stocked with all the necessary items after a class, and the workout room itself was dark with red LED hues which made the class even better. Cade was the instructor that taught the class and he came in bringing all the right energy! His playlist was more of a bonus as it fit so well with the tempo of the class. Cade was able to introduce himself and allow all members to adjust/familiarize themselves with the equipment before starting the session. In addition, he recognized the new comers to the class which I thought was a nice touch towards the end which was definitely more encouraging and enticing to come back again. The class itself was super fast pace where you are alternating from the treadmill to the free weights section. Overall, if you are looking for something with high intensity workouts, this is the spot for you!

There are just a couple of things I wish were better. First, I wish they had longer operating hours, especially on weekends. I actually ended up getting a second gym membership because I sometimes work out later in the evening when Crunch is already closed. The other downside is the restroom setup. They use shared (unisex) bathrooms, which isn't ideal. Since people shower there, the floors are often wet, and because there are only a few bathrooms, it can get crowded with lines--especially after group classes. I've learned to avoid peak hours because of that. Overall, it's a clean, modern gym with a great atmosphere, and the positives definitely outweigh the negatives. If they extended their hours and improved the bathroom situation, it would easily be a 5-star gym.

What's frustrating is that 24 actually has great equipment. In some locations, the machine selection is just as good as, or even better than, what you find at higher-end gyms. Meanwhile, you're paying $200+ a month at places like Equinox largely for fewer people and better cleanliness. And that's the gap. At 24, the issue isn't the equipment. It's the lack of consistent hygiene and accountability. You still run into people who don't wipe down machines, leave sweat behind, or treat the space like it's not shared. It breaks the experience, and it's exactly why people feel pushed to pay a premium elsewhere. There's a very clear opportunity here that could completely change the game: Implement and enforce a "no towel/bench barrier, no training" policy. This isn't about being overly strict. It's about creating a baseline standard. When people are required to use a towel as a barrier between themselves and the equipment: Sweat is contained instead of transferred directly onto benches and machines Cleanliness improves immediately and visibly Members become more mindful of shared space This is standard in many European gyms, and it works because it's enforced, not just suggested. From a business standpoint, it's also a win: Towel service memberships become more valuable Retail towel sales increase Equipment lasts longer due to less direct sweat exposure But the key is consistency. Staff should actively walk the floor, clean regularly, and reinforce the policy so it becomes part of the culture, not just a sign on the wall. Right now, 24 has the foundation to compete with premium gyms on experience, not just price. But without stronger standards around cleanliness and etiquette, it falls short. Fix that, and it's a completely different gym.
