This place is the hidden gem of Ephraim! My boyfriend and I have been twice and have been beyond satisfied both times. The employees are so kind, the atmosphere is relaxing, and the food and drinks are as good as it gets. It's a sweet getaway from school stressors! I recommend the non coffee chai latte with almond milk for a drink and the everything bagel!! My boyfriend loves the breakfast bagel.

The solid Rock Cafe is amazing... to say the least! The Coffee is some of the best coffee I've ever had. if you go in, ask about were they get it from! The people are so kind, and the whole atmosphere is so fun to be a part of! It is a nonprofit organizations, in Ephraim mainly for the college students and locals. They welcome anyone and everyone and are super friendly to people who have no idea what to get. I've been around for more than 5 years, stopping by every day and they make me feel like part of the family! Shane the manager, is SOO FUNNY! and he really enjoys talking with people and welcoming them in. The Food is good! and yes it is made from OTHER INGREDIENTS. If you have a problem with them heating up items and putting them together to make something delicious, maybe... don't eat out! because literally almost every restaurant has to do this. Also, they are not a fast food resturant, and they have never nor will never say that they are, so if you expect your food ordered, made, and n your hands in under 3 minutes, this is not the place for you. It is a place of community and a safe haven for anyone willing to take a breath! WE LOVE THE SOLID ROCK CAFE! last year a college student wrote a song about it!

Yup! True to lore, there is a basket of discounted goodies on the counter. They pair nicely with a fresh cuppa, which is just what I did. We were greeted right away by a young woman manning the counter. She was working alone and there were a couple of other customers in front of us. She let us know she would help after she took care of the other two orders. During our visit pastries available included a variety of scones, banana bread and sticky buns. They also make breakfast sandwiches. As much as I would love one of thos big blueberry scones my pants say 'no!' so I settled for an americano instead. I wad asked if I wanted half & half, milk, or a milk alternative with my coffee, so you have options here. The coffee is smooth and a good temperature to drink right away. The front of the shop is bright with several cafe tables. A small display of cute coffee mugs, candles, ear rings and thermos cups for sale is also here. The order counter is half way back so if there is a line there is plenty of room to wait inside. Past the counter is a customer restroom. One for all, it is very cleab. In the back of the building is a very cozy livingroom area with a leather couch, rocking chair and two, two-seater, leather upholstered booths. It's a very 'homey' space. Definitely glad we stopped in Price for a break from a long drive. The historic Main St downtown is preserved western Americana. This coffee shop is definitely worth a visit!

The vibe is cozy and fun, the coffee is absolute heaven, and the owners are super friendly and proud of their business! Highly recommend all the way around! Their shop was packed full of super fun Halloween decorations which was such a welcoming vibe - the inside is cozy and comfy. There's lots of relaxing porch seating outside and tables inside. It truly is like walking into a friend's house haha! The owners are a brother and sister and they are so kind and helpful. They have an extensive variety of pumpkin spice flavor combinations that was very impressive. And they even have quite a large boba tea menu!! Very unexpected and made it hard to decide what I wanted - until I saw that they had my FAVE - a peanut butter mocha!! So of course that's what I had to have and it was delicious!! Creamy and full of flavor - a very nice balance between the PB and the chocolate. My son got a regular house brew and his gf got a vanilla latte. Prices are great and everyone totally loved their drinks! We had such a nice visit - browsing around their funny Halloween decor and also the little shop part which offered lots of local goodies and art - very nice! Parking is on the street out front but it also looks like they have a lot out back too. GPS had no issues finding it - it does look like a private house when you pull up so fyi - and that just makes it all the more cozy!

We typically stay somewhere near Spring City, so we get breakfast at Das Cafe. We arrived at 9 AM and while they had several customers, it wasn't as busy as we were afraid of. This was actually my third visit, and it continues to deliver. Unfortunately, they weren't seating outside this time (the outdoor dining area is a gem when they do), but the food was delicious. I ordered a Mormon Mocha, which was really good and my kids loved it too. It actually tasted more like cocoa than a coffee substitute. The Big Max was solid, but I definitely preferred my wife's German Sausage Breakfast, especially with that buttery crispy rye bread. She swapped me her brats for my ham, which worked out great. If you prefer ham over German sausage, it's worth asking if they'll accommodate that for the sandwich. One heads-up for parents: we asked if the animal pancakes were comparable in taste and portion to a short stack, since the cost would have been about the same for two kids. We were told they were, but my mom ordered the short stack and you definitely get more pancake, and we all agreed the texture was noticeably better. Stick with the short stack. And if you haven't tried the signature carrot cake, it's decadent enough for the whole table to enjoy a few bites. Prost!
