Come for the coffee, stay for the Jesus. This is such a neat place and I'm excited to see it in little Ephraim, Utah. The coffee shop is in a old house and some of the seating area boasts displays of Bible land artifacts. I'm still scratching my head on how this all came to be-is the coffee shop owner an archeologist? A Bible enthusiast? A historian? Not sure, but it was a cool experience. I LOVE their everything bagel. That and their chicken salad with the fruit are my favorite things to get here. I don't drink coffee but their white hot chocolate is delicious. Very friendly and overall good vibe to the place. read more

This place is the hidden gem of Ephraim! My boyfriend and I have been twice and have been beyond satisfied both times. The employees are so kind, the atmosphere is relaxing, and the food and drinks are as good as it gets. It's a sweet getaway from school stressors! My pumpkin spice latte with oat milk was well made and my friends who got smoothies liked them a lot. There is also a pretty neat collection of artifacts from Biblical times- not what you would typically find in a coffee shop. The staff were also extremely friendly and informative. This is a great place to get some studying done as well, even if you don't drink coffee as the atmosphere is pretty chill (when there's not an open mic night happening. I haven't been to one myself, but it sounds fun!). read more

The solid rock cafe has the BEST caramel macchiatos and service! I went in a couple weeks ago and asked if they could make my coffee extra sweet for me and they did exactly that it was perfect! It made me feel so good when they asked me to try my coffee before I left to make sure it was just how I liked it, I felt valued! Since they made me feel valued I can trust this business to never let me down and I can assure you from the many times I've been there you can too! The employees were very kind and took time to visit with me! There are a handful of reasons why you should visit the solid rock cafe! My last one being, It wasn't very expensive. It's all in the name! Everything about this place is SOLID. The people, the ambiance, the food, and coffee. You have people here that remember your name and your usual order if you go there often enough! Customer service is 10/10 and there is never a long wait to get any of your items! The inside is very decorated and has multiple forms of entertainment inside. There is Tv, books, and board games. If you are a Snow College student, this is a great place to have a study break and good affordable food. I recommend the Everything Bagel with a Vanilla Cappuccino. I want to talk about the food, first. The bagels are from Costco (watched them pull the bag out of the freezer), and the sausage and egg seemed like they were microwaved. The cream cheese was actually pretty good. All that said, for $3, it's as the bad. And the place obviously sells food as an afterthought to the coffee. Now that that's out of the way, the place seems like it's a pretty cool place to hang out and do homework or whatever. I would describe the interior as Bible Hipster. Solid Christian music, extremely nice staff, and some really interesting bible-related decorations. I would give the food 2.5-3 stars for the quality/price ratio, but due to the nice atmosphere and the fact that food isn't why you're probably going, I'll give the other stuff more weight. read more

Sitting here after a few hours of sipping coffee and a cup cappuccino and cant give this place any less then 5 stars. I haven't eaten anything, so the review is on staff, coffee, and physical space. Visiting from northern NJ I am always caught off guard by the kind and genuine people in this area. One of the staff just made a fabulous cappuccino, double checked to make sure it was good (it was!) and continued to just chat! The people are so kind, and the whole atmosphere is so fun to be a part of! It is a nonprofit organizations, in Ephraim mainly for the college students and locals. They welcome anyone and everyone and are super friendly to people who have no idea what to get. I've been around for more than 5 years, stopping by every day and they make me feel like part of the family! Shane the manager, is SOO FUNNY! and he really enjoys talking with people and welcoming them in. The Food is good! and yes it is made from OTHER INGREDIENTS. If you have a problem with them heating up items and putting them together to make something delicious, maybe... don't eat out! because literally almost every restaurant has to do this. Also, they are not a fast food resturant, and they have never nor will never say that they are, so if you expect your food ordered, made, and n your hands in under 3 minutes, this is not the place for you. This establishment is so friendly, and they love what they do! Such kind people and the food and drinks are AMAZING!!!

The staff is friendly, the coffee is not only high quality but it is one of the few places (only??) you can order a latte in the county. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming and the baristas are friendly always willing to chat. They also have games to play if you want to come for a hang out or coffee date. I've been to their open mic night and I'm glad I went! Great music and coffee. For non coffee drinkers they also have yummy hot chocolate(honestly it's the best I've had), chai, smoothies, bagels, soup, and other baked treats! read more

I love this place. Good coffee and hot chocolate as well as a wonderful atmosphere. There is also wifi and comfortable couches so it's a great place to sit and read or study or anything like that. I come here all the time and get an Americano or a white hot chocolate. read more
