Our Hansgrohe shower cartridge needed replacement. It's a tricky job when things go right but when there are issues it takes a talented plumber to come up with solutions. Joe was fabulous. He never gave up and we ended up with a beautiful shower again. Thank you, Joe. You and Solid Plumbing & Drains are just the BEST! read more

I woke up at 5am to head to the gym where my entire first floor was flooded. Called couple companies and didn't get an answer. Called Solid Plumbing and the owner Mario answered and immediately took my information down and within an hour he had a team member with the right equipment in front of my door step. I was quoted on the spot and work was done efficiently and very professional. I'm very picky with my home and my stuff. I saw personally that this company did train their team properly! Mario can't thank you enough for saving my morning . I HIGHLY RECOMMEND... you'll get @ SOLID TEAM @ SOLID PLUMBING read more

Quick response after-hours on a weekend night, came out and assessed the problem with our clogged main drainage line which was causing backups in our bathrooms, toilets, and shower. Snaked the main line but was not able to fix the clog, so Mario and his coworker then did a hydro jet which cleared out the backup and fixed the issue. The team was on time and professional and fixed the problem quickly. read more

The following review is on behalf of my Dad (Rik A) I had a series of plumbing drainage issues which a local plumbing company failed to resolve after three attempts. My insurance company contacted Solid Drain and Plumbing. They responded quickly and sent Erik who did a scope check and made a quick determination that my main sewer line was plugged up due to root invasion. Mario and his staff contacted me and explained what the project would involve and scheduled a start date. They showed up on time and fixed the issue expeditiously. They also cleaned up thoroughly after they were done for the day. I highly recommend this outstanding company and give them FIVE STARS. Update : After the rains, the ground area where they trenched to access my sewer line settled and left a gaping hole. I contacted Mario on 2/16 /25 and was informed they will fix the issue and that it will be scheduled within the following week. This is another reason why they deserve the highest customer satisfaction rating. They are very quick to respond . read more

This review is because of the lack of customer service. My home warranty company assigned Solid Plumbing to my sump pump replacement job. Two technicians came out initially and the more senior one quoted me $899 additional to do hydrojetting and said if I agreed to that they'd also install a cleanout for free. In the end I got my home warranty company to pay the $899 but the technician did not install the "free" cleanout offered. When I asked him why he said he had to have his boss call me. Well, that didn't happen. Then I called the office and spoke with a woman who said she'd have someone call me. A month later I still have not received a call back. I finally called back again and after pushing got to speak to Daisia (?), the manager, who told me because my home warranty paid them they couldn't install the free cleanout, which makes ZERO sense. What happened here is they got the same amount of money from the home warranty and got away with doing less work than if I paid. I would never recommend this company for being dishonest and having horrible customer service. If you can't even return a call how can anyone trust you to do the work? read more

Just received a bid to replace a Kitchen faucet it was outrageous $800 oh it did include the Fossett !! which on Amazon a nice Fossett is $59 I just ordered one and had it sent to me now I will find someone reasonable to install it These people are out of their mind a bit like that is insulting to my intelligence read more

Angel, Miguel, Steve, Mario, and everyone at Solid are great!! We've used them a few times through our American Home Shield contract. Everyone is very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Solid Plumbing's work was very prompt and professionally done. Eric and Christian provided superb service, and showed the determination to complete the bathtub drain repair work completely. They were great at finding a solution to unexpected difficulties in performing the work, and were patient and dedicated even though the job was more difficult and took more time than expected. Eric and Christian were very friendly and courteous too, and I commend them highly! I'll certainly call Solid Plumbing for any future plumbing work I may need done. read more

Called the office and had a tech at my house within a couple of hours to discuss the issue. His name was Steven. Within 30 minutes, we had a plan of attack for the next day. Steven showed up with Omar the next day and began to jet my sewer main from the kitchen sink drain. I don't have an exterior cleanout so it made the job a little tougher. The piping had to be cut out to make the jetting easier. Steven and Omar worked together to get the jetting done running the high pressure line through the main several times working through a stubborn soft clog that was giving us issues. It was about 50 feet of main that was jetted without any issues. After the jetting was done, Steven re-plumbed the p-trap and installed a studor vent. The old studor vent stopped functioning. The way Steven re-plumbed it gave us more room under the kitchen sink allowing for the insta-hot and reverse osmosis units more room to move around without hitting a pipe. The p-trap piping is much more compact now and looks much better too. The quality of the work was very clean. After the job was done and he verified there were no leaks, Steven took the time to remove all debris and wiped the floor clean and wiped down the inside of the cabinet. He was great to work with and instilled confidence with his abilities to get the job done. I was impressed with Steven and would request him for the next time. Nice job Steven! Thank you! Tania in the office confirmed Steven's arrival in the morning and was also very nice to work with. Very nice demeanor over the phone. Working for a homebuilder, I have dealt with many tradespeople and so I've seen a lot of good along with the bad. This experience was a great one. I found Solid on Yelp and liked what I read about them. I am glad I called them. read more

We had an issue with our plumbing and Solid Plumbing came and took care of business. Mario and Eric came and assessed the situation and after trying to solve the issue they informed me that things were a bit more complicated but they would be able to take care of the problem. They delivered on their promise and cleared the blockage in a short amount of time. Mario and company were very detailed on explaining what was going on and what they would be doing to fix the issue. Mario and Erica are very knowledgeable and honest with their work. Everything upfront and clear. Will definitely be recommending Solid Plumbing. read more

As contractors go, dealing with Solid Plumbing & Drains was one of the most pleasant experiences I've ever had. They were sent out by my insurance company, Service Line Warranty, after my shower, bathtub and toilet backed up and partially flooded my bathroom/master bedroom. At first, Mario recommended that the main drain at the front of the house be replaced, which would have required considerable digging and disturbing my brand new front yard landscaping. Knowing I was concerned about possibly damaging my new house siding where they would have had to dig, Mario explained they could jet out the vents on my roof instead. After getting approval from Service Line Warranty, Mario and his two workers came back out and carefully performed the work without creating any mess or damaging my property. It's so refreshing to find a plumbing company that employs such considerate and capable workers and office staff. Mario is a highly knowledgeable professional, and I will most definitely recommend and use his company going forward. read more

I originally ranked these guys a 4 star review on google. The reason I didn't give a five star review was because they installed a shark bite system backwards without realizing it and their plan was to cut piping until they found out why after the repair I had no water pressure. I called another plumber and they immediately told me Solids repair was done incorrectly (shark bite backwards) and quickly fixed it. The other plumbing team didn't talk trash, they just simple fixed it. I called solid for a refund and Kristina was amazing about it and understood. After my four star review Mario called me saying he didn't deserve a four star as I got my money back and it was unprofessional of the other plumbers to reuse the shark bite that was installed incorrectly. I got the idea he wanted a five star review and gave it to him because I respected him and the reasoning. He said he'd take care of me for future needs and I believed him. Nearly a year later I decide I was ready to repipe my entire home. I call and get Kristina (who again, is wonderful). She scheduled the appt and I got a time. I didn't hear the time window so when I expected the plumber I called and was answered my Mario. I wanted to verify he was the person I spoke with last year by asking if he was the owner and he said "well that doesn't really matter" I brought up the incident so he'd remember me and his first response was "well there's no proof we installed it backwards, but I remember you" which I thought was oddly aggressive- especially since I was going back to him for a chance at a bid for a fairly large project. I felt like I politely texted him about that and I get a call that the original plumber whom I did not trust was scheduled. Normally, that'd be fine. It's been a year, people make mistakes and we all learn. But between Mario's unreasonable aggression, me remembering I had to change a 4 star to a 5 star review and my poor original experience I decided to update all reviews as I told Mario I would do. Real bummer. A year ago we ended on what I felt was good terms and today when I refreshed his memory (very politely) I got what I would say an unprofessional and untrustworthy experience from the owner who had my original respect. read more

Most excellent! Called Mario and was given a quick quote and they were able to schedule a team member, Emmanuel, to come out that day to do the repair. He was very forthright and honest explaining that the issue that was occurring in my home was 2 separate issues, but they worked with me on pricing. Emmanuel was quick and very thorough with his work, he let me know why he was need to change machines switching from kitchen to bathroom. Took photos of the damage and showed me exactly what was going on for an additional repair that would need to be done, and made to to provide an excellent description in the report so I could pass onto my landlord. Honestly, I would recommend them again. Pricing, very affordable, staff are friendly and upbeat, respectful, and fairly punctual (as punctual as a plumber can be you know). Highly suggest you give them a shot! read more

Weird experience. I had them come out to unclog my drain and had a great experience. I believe the technician's name is Jose- prompt service and honest work, was able to fit me in for an earlier appointment and gave me a great promotional price. I called back to have my drain hydrojetted as was suggested by the technician and when I gave my address the person on the phone said they weren't interested and hung up. I'm not sure what happened but I think I had a good interaction with the tech and I paid on site. Will have to find someone else. read more

Solid Plumbing & Drains was very responsive on the first day of request on Thumbtack. Got to the job site within a couple hours. Mario was friendly and experienced. After troubleshooting the ceiling pipe leak, he gave me the options to address the issues in my old house and recommended cutting away most of the lead closet bend to the cast iron hub replacing it with ABS. I had limited knowledge on plumbing but Mario was kind enough to explain it to me in layman's terms and gave me no pressure so I could make my decision. I think I asked him to repeat the whole situation three separate times and changed my decision right before they started on one option (sorry)! But he was really patient and explained it again. Would totally recommend his work. He was also flexible with payment options and sending the invoice. read more

Solid plumbing and Drains are seriously hero's! I was out of town for the weekend and apparently a copper pipe burst in the middle of the night and I only found out about it in the morning after waking up to a barrage of texts from my downstairs tenant showing pics and videos of it essentially raining from the ceiling all throughout the house! Yikes I was so stressed of the aftermath driving back to my home not having any idea of what had happened or what I was walking into and how I was going to deal with it all and my tenant! Luckily my tenant had called solid plumbing and drains after hours and they arrived immediately, found the issue and being that they couldn't get a hold of me they fixed it without worrying about pay or anything. My tenant had assured them when I get back I'll take care of any costs (and of course I did). I appreciated the neighborly love so much and the fact that I was planning on repiping the whole house in the coming months I just knew these were the guys I was going to call and did a week later! Couldn't be more happier with a company like theirs, they truly do right by there customer. Thank you so much Mario, Ron and Emanuel and all the other guys over at Solid. I'd recommend them 10 times over!!!! read more

I've been using Solid Plumbing for our tenants plumbing needs for the past year or two now, and they've been a life saver. We have a burst pipe that two previous plumbing companies didn't fix correctly. We contacted HomeServe through Solid Plumbing & Drains, and they were willing to come immediately. Mario is very professional, and he explained what he had done after completing the job. We are keeping Solid Plumbing & Drains for future use and highly recommend their services. read more

Mario Crespo and his crew are legit. Professional, courteous, on time, and get a 5 star response rating. I have had 6 crews come out in the last year to deal with repeated clogging issues. (In fact one crew from another company just came out last week.) I told my insurance company. "No more, you better send me your best crew!" And they did. "Mario Crespo" is a master plumber and has been doing this for quite some time. Solid Drain Plumbing company is licensed but not only that- they are legit enough to be considered my insurance company's GO TO GUY when they really need the situation dealt with. Mario knew exactly what to do that 6 other company's could not do. He knew how to speak with my insurance company, demand for what needed to be fixed, and leave the job with us being able to use our facilities. I now have a permanent fix.
