Some days are more movement, some days are breath work and some days are go with the flow. You take what you need. There is some goodies you can purchase from flow wear to crystals and jewelry, etc. They have two studio rooms, one hot one not. There is a little loungey area in the back with some lockers and books for you to hang out and catch your breath. I love it here. Thank you Diana far always having a gracious welcoming. First of all parking is super easy as there are plenty of parking spots all around the building. It's located on the 3rd floor and just follow the scent of incense once out of the elevators. The studio itself is super clean and very welcoming. Our instructor Shakti was amazing. She had the perfect pace which was great and accommodating for all levels. Her voice is very soothing and encouraging. I truly enjoyed her giving us options and letting us go at our own speed while at the same time keeping us focused on our breathing. In the end, my body felt sore but my mind felt clear. The perfect reset from the busy day to day of Miami hustle. I highly recommend Shakti and Lighthouse when looking for Yoga or other wellness options.

I later returned for a Women's Circle, where I met Claire, the owner, and immediately felt a deep spiritual connection through her calm, grounded, and nurturing presence. Claire has been a guiding light on my yoga journey and has welcomed me with open arms from the very beginning. I've been taking classes with Shakti, Arjuna, and Jessica, and each instructor brings something truly beautiful to the mat. Shakti's classes are deeply relaxing, and her presence alone radiates peace. Arjuna is incredibly sweet and patient, always guiding you with care and helping you move into poses correctly. Maria leads a pace that challenges my practice every time. Michelle has amazing tips and is always switching it up. I always leave her class feeling I elevated my practice to the next level. After a stressful day I can always count on Dawn for a peaceful and energizing workout and no matter how far I've come in my practice, Paulene's hot yoga class always kicks my butt but I absolutely love it! No matter where you are in your practice the teachers at HOY will guide you along your way. They have reasonable rates and great packages. They recently started offering aerial yoga class and although I've only attended 2 classes its been an amazing experience, so challenging but so worth it. She truly cares about her students - meeting them where they're at but also challenging them. Madalay's style of yoga combines breathing techniques known as pranayama, as well as Iyengar traditional methods which focus on correct alignment and positioning of each pose. She has a variety of classes all the way from Mommy & Me to private instruction; she teaches men and women, children, expecting mothers, and senior citizens. She believes that no one is ever too young or too old for yoga, and that every BODY, regardless of gender or size, can enjoy the benefits. She has an outdoor class on Saturday mornings at Stafford Park at 9am (weather permitting), and a variety of classes throughout the week at her studio, which is located in the Stadnik Building on the 2nd floor. An all-month unlimited pass can be purchased for $100; most general classes are $15 and I think the Mommy & Me class is $20. Definitely worth checking out.

I came by to take a 6:30 class and really was wowed by the environment. The blue ceiling was so serene with some candles flickering in the corner, I really felt at peace. All the other students were so nice, I wouldn't mind coming here everyday if my schedule weren't so hectic. I will however vow to come as often as I can. Yoga is a relaxing way to self-reflect bad with on your inner energy while stretching your muscles and using strength to build your stamina. Mecca does just that! We signed up for an introductory price and went it the very next day. I'm so excited to say that I am very happy we stumbled upon this place because the introduction class alone was amazing! Master Sean is very knowledgeable and his energy is amazing! He was very thorough and the class felt so personalize. It was just the three of us. Went over our flexibility, balance and he even checked out heart and sacral chakras! We have been to 2 amazing classes so far and can't wait to have many more!
