My choosing this gym was primarily an economic decision, since even their black card membership is substantially cheaper than the trendier gyms and thus a great deal for anyone getting started (or getting back) into fitness. The front desk clerks have been pleasant so far, but I haven't seen any of the trainers to help guide my use of exercise machines. I think the trainers are available only during certain times not convenient to those of us with 12plus hour workdays. Since I'm just getting back, I've been using mostly the treadmills which are in good shape, as well as the stair master. I did use their pulley weight machine, however the hook was missing from one of the stations. It also sucks they don't have a scale for weighins and checkup. I'm a numbers guy and need the stats to keep pushing. Their vending machines shouldn't have soda - I already have enough temptation with pastries at the office! The hydro massage chairs and beds are awesome to help loosen up that rust as I work to get back in shape.

If you tell staff about a problem it never gets fixed, some tell you it's their first day like someone else in another yelp user was saying. This is "cubaton" on full affect in this place. I was attacked by one of their members who was harassing me & attempted to shove me out of a machine. I wouldn't let him & stood my ground. I called the cops but an employee had given video that only showed me defending myself rather than being attacked & harassed. After the full video footage was later reviewed by the State Attorney's Office, the charge against me were dropped. Now I have to pay as an innocent person for an expungement plus all the money I had to spend on my lawyer to get the video from this place that proved my innocence. I'll never step into another planet fitness ever again.

I've been passing by the big F45 logo for a while now and I finally decide to give it a try and…read morefigure out what F45 means. F45 defined by them as Functional Training for 45 minutes. First impression, Super impressed by the gym and the facility and how clean it was. So many different equipment options, couldn't wait to try some new workouts. They accommodate for all people, all shapes , sizes, and gender. They have extremely friendly staff and very knowledgeable trainers. The Check in processes needs some work but very happy with how I was greeted and showed around the gym and introduced to the other trainers in the class that evening. They have several TVs hanging around the walls showing you the next workout, if you are ever lost to look up and check the monitor, and if the trainer was around he would demonstrate it for you. To start we did about a 5-7 minute warm-up to get the blood pumping. (Great thing, can't workout on a cold start) Once the was done we jumped in to our zones. Each zone may vary between 3-4 people and they do about 3-4 rounds with short rest in between. Very normal for a High intensity interval training workout. Their workouts vary everyday and so you target different muscle groups each time. On the particular night I was involved with a heavy cardio day and light weights.
