I took delivery, then began to pursue getting an installer. I am so blessed that Atlantic Electric & Solar's CEO Jonathan Johnston was first to contact 24 hours before any of others. He and his crew were hard working gentlemen who tackled a job far more difficult than expected. But they got my EV charger installed and it works perfectly!! If you have a bigger job, give him a call. He drove 40 miles for this install. Since he had worked for Tesla in CA for 6 years, he was familiar with their products. This included the installation of electrical conduit from the charging device to the panel and the rearranging of circuit breakers in the electrical panel. I begged them and they sent a tech that had no experience with offgrid, and charged me 350$ for a visit and quote for a 10k job. It took a month just to get a quote. I have put half down for parts and it has now been another month without getting an appointment or any response to my questions: itemize breakdown, eta on the parts arrival, emails about my my system now not working at all, no call backs, no word on replacing the rack, just nothing. The woman Abby you have to go through is so rude and unpleasant and doesn't remotely hide that she hates me when I call to check in about information, says she will call me back and never does. I originally requested options and quotes for upgrading and they have done the bare minimum or actually have done nothing at all except take my money and treat me like crap. They are not interested in helping or making money. We were interested in upgrading the whole system and getting a grid hookup added and a new rack for the panels. They literally have ignored all inquiries and are beyond condescending when I have questions and concerns. I would go with another company if you want solar.
