I left a couple of messages but today when I called I reached Dean who was inspecting my solar panels shortly after I called. He told me the minimum charge and was able to keep the service within their minimum charge. He showed me photos of a squirrel that had moved under our panels. He called in another worker to remove and inspect the panels and showed me the wires that the squirrel had eaten through. He repaired the system without charging me anything for his materials used in repairing the system. He also recommended someone who could install a critter guard to prevent further squirrel damage. He was transparent throughout the 2 hours he was here and I was quite pleased with his service.
