Bonus the place DOESN'T smell like burnt skin and sweat! The staff is super friendly and helpful! They are knowledgeable about the types of lotions and are helpful with explaining how to use the beds and which may work best for you. Since it's Sunday, we cannot contact the bank to determine the reason why the charge was rejected today. Possibly mis-flagged as potential fraud? Regardless, Tropical Tan decided to close my wife's account immediately and is now insisting on charging a new setup fee to reopen the account! This place is a scam! They'll do whatever they can to squeeze money out of you, and couldn't care less about their customers!

Poor decision on their part as I will never be coming back as a result and will be sharing this with my friends and family. The staff is extremely helpful and kind, and really take the time to give you a tour and explain everything in detail to you. The prices are very reasonable, and I loved that they had a package to try out all the other beds! They have that option at other salons I've been too but there's usually an upgrade fee to try out the different beds so this was very nice! The salon itself is very clean and has a welcoming atmosphere! An added bonus, not only do they offer tanning but they had massages, they do nails, AND have a dance studio in the lower part of the business. I've been looking for a dance studio for awhile now but everything was always out of budget. But the prices here were beyond affordable, I will definitely be signing up for the classes as well! I highly recommend this place, it has a very personal touch to it, and the staff actually take their time to make sure they can help and answer your questions. One of the employees was unable to tell me the difference between the open sun and high pressure beds. Room 8 door does not lock properly. Room 3 tanning bed facial bulb is out. I just got a 30 day package deal that was 50% for tanning and I am pleased with the price so I'll update my review at the end of this experience with service from the staff and the quality of beds,rooms, and overall salon.
