One of the support beams was on its last leg as it has suffered dry rot. Alex quickly responded to my request for quote, came out the next day, and gave me a quote. He was very thorough with his inspection and gave me a no b.s. quote. There were several other companies I got quotes from but decided to go with Alex because of his straightforward answers and great customer service. Alex and his crew came the same week and did an amazing job on the project. They were very respectful of my property and placed everything back in their place. Their work was solid. Alex took pictures and send them to me as I was at work. After they were complete, they cleaned up the area well and placed everything back. I will be hiring Alex and his crew soon to work on my porch.

The workout fat done faster than I thought and it was beautiful beautiful This is the review I wrote last year and I didn't realize I didn't post it. He worked very hard to get us back into our house on schedule. He was honest about what he could do and what he couldn't do. He gave me updates regularly - usually daily. He went above and beyond to help me with some plumbing issues that came up when we removed a toilet and appliances. He helped me re- install appliances. Probably most importantly he did an excellent job installing the floors per my fairly detailed request (nail down with underlayment). He had to pull many of the baseboards and he reattached them and touched up everything. The final result is an very nice house. We are so happy with how it looks. Thank you! Also, on a less related note - Brian also installed ~400 feet of picket fence for us in 2018. Also very happy with that job. We have already talked with Brian about our future projects.

They came highly recommended and we see why! IMFS are courteous, prompt, honest and very professional. Who has ever had a contractor who shows up when they say they are going to show up, works 10 hours straight, and gets the job done when they say they are going to?? Well, meet Integrated Main Frame Solutions. They do that and a lot more. They handled our slight change of direction mid-way through the beginning of the project with grace and calm. They honor their estimates, help you find ways to save money and are so refreshingly kind that I found myself wishing I had more budget to give them more and more projects! Without hesitation, I wholly recommend IMFS. They will not disappoint you.

Maxwell, Matt, and Jonathan did all the work themselves, aside from the very capable plumbers and electricians who they contracted with. Maxwell and his team were a joy to work with - prompt, knowledgeable, impeccably clean and well organized, and cheerful when confronted with unexpected challenges (having to move part of our fence to accommodate the new electrical meter placement, among other things). Our bathroom not only looks fantastic, but Maxwell was very thorough in making sure all the quirks that had gone into prior renovations of our 1909 home were fixed, and we feel so much better about the quality of our home than we did prior to construction. Maxwell was consistently excellent at communication, and was calm and kind with all of our questions and minor changes that came up on our end during the process. Everything came in on-budget and on-time, with no surprises. We wish we had more renovation needs, because we would love to work with Greenlight again. In July 2025, we had Maxwell and his team back to build an exterior deck/set of stairs, move a dryer vent, and build a wisteria trellis. Maxwell was very responsive, as usual, and was able to fit us into his schedule. The crew cleaned up thoroughly everday and minimized any disruption to our yard. Communication was excellent throughout the whole process, and everything was completed just as we wanted it, at a fair price.
