I should have been concerned when they showed up with a U-Haul and no lift gate. They put nothing down on the brand new floors. Thankfully much of ours was already covered but those parts that were not were scratched and we now have to replace 1 day old flooring. Furniture was scratched. The guys worked hard but did not have the proper tools to do the job. We had to move some of our heavier items ourselves as they did not have appropriate dolleys. Would NOT recommend. read more

Thet were late both days. They never contacted us, we had to contact them 1st. They lost a piece of of an antique bed frame broke the knows off washing machine and and stero and just put them back in place and did not say anything broke lamps and other items missing. I had purchased some furniture from an independent seller online, but definitely needed assistance with the transport as I'm currently 8 months pregnant! Once my offer for the furniture was accepted, I immediately got to work looking for movers on Yelp who could help get it to my home. I came across SM and was impressed with the high reviews, and gave them a call. They answered the phone right away and I was so happy I didn't have to play phone tag. Staff was great and let me know what their rate was for my specific job. They followed up on all the details via text which was so convenient and made keeping in contact a breeze. I was so glad they had availability for me the week that I called! (Requested service on Wednesday and had the delivery done on Friday) The team who moved our items were fantastic too. Everyone was so kind, friendly and professional and overall had a positive and happy attitude the entire time. They took great care in packing and delivering our items and did their due diligence to point out any existing damage of the furniture before loading the truck (which we appreciated!) Since I'm pregnant and also being extra cautious with my health, they also kindly wore masks we provided them to wear in our home (thanks guys!!) We used Soldiers Moving for the first time and were impressed. I sent an online inquiry for pricing and received a call immediately from Enrique. I booked that day. I received a text message with all the information for the move. I also received a confirmation text confirming the night before. The day of the move they were running a few minutes behind and I received a text and phone call letting me know this ahead of time. They arrived and got right to work. If they found an item that was broken they let us know ahead of time. When they unloaded at the new address they were even quicker and confirmed where we wanted the items. They did scratch the wall slightly trying to get furniture into our loft, and told us right away even offering to touch it up for us as we had paint available since the house was brand new. We couldn't be happier with our decision to use soldiers moving. After a terrible move in 2020, making a choice for a mover was really difficult. Enrique was prompt and communicated every step of the way and also provided a professional written contract. On our moving day he and his crew were on time and and got straight to work. We were moving from a building with an elevator (the route was loooooong to the truck) to a 2 story craftsman with front steps, so basically 3 stories. They busted their a**** for us. Not a thing was damaged in the process which was a huge relief compared to our past movers. If we leave this place, Enrique will be the first person we call.
