    I've come to this nail salon a few times. They are average at best, but i haven't found a better one and now this will be my last time. This is how they let me leave after I asked her to clean up my nails and glue 3x. Hailey was going to let me leave with thick glue and filings all under my nails. She was rushing for another client that came after me. When I asked her to clean up the glue she huffed. She then proceeded to file my nails and then massage lotion with all the shavings all over me. Never again. And the quest to finding a good (decent) nail salon continues. I was very nice to her. When I went to go pay, I told the lady at the front that I've been here several times and this was the worst experience. She didn't reply. Just told me the price. I would understand if I made a fuss, but I didn't. Stay away.

    Service is always fast, and I never wait long even as a walk in. The salon is very clean and bright, and all of the techs are great. I often come by after work for a gel manicure and am out in less than an hour!

    Cheated with my regular salon to come to Solar nails for a refill. It was close and convenient. I *LOVED* the ambiance, the promptness of service, and how I was in and out. I saw them taking calls for appointments, so prior to my next visit, I decided to call to make an appointment. I was due for a fresh set and my regular nails to be cut. I also wanted to see if they'd have time to paint my 4 year olds nails (while its not a frequent occurance, she LOVES going to the nail salon) receptionist told me they were booked up. No big deal. I can choose another day. She then tells me she can, and if there's time, they'll paint my daughters. Nail tech insisted I did NOT need a new set (mine was a month old). I figured, okay, you're the pro, do a refill. I normally don't do a design, but it was for my anniversary, and I LOVED how they came out. They squeezed time in for my daughter. I handed the tech who did my nails $20 tip and the tech who did my daughter's a $10 tip and went to the front to pay. THE RECEPTIONIST ASKED ME IF I TIPPED AND TOLD ME THERE WAS AN ATM MACHINE. I wouldn't haven't been so taken aback, but I didn't hear her ask anyone else that. I politely told her I did. Two days later, my pointer finger tip breaks, BADLY, and I'm forced to remove the top. I called, and they fixed it free of charge. 4 days later, my thumb tip chips. I cut my loss and started going back to my old salon. I'm super disappointed.

I buy yearly wax passes and hundreds every year. However I can acknowledge I was a few mins late but that's why they have a "grace period". On my way out I mentioned this and apologized for being late and she said she rushed us because the next guest was " in a hurry to pick up her child" girl that has nothing to do with me and my appointment. Everyone should be treated as equal and my appointment shouldn't be less important than the next. Needless to say it left a bad taste in my mouth. Sad how years of good service can be ruined by a single manager. Do better Noelle.

I wasn't expecting perfection but was hoping for a slight improvement. I found Tebee based on some online research...her studio looked nice and clean and her work looked really, really good. I reached out to her and she got back to me very quickly with a recommendation for microshading. I never had microshading but I was willing to go with her recommendation. From the moment I met Tebee I really liked her! She is super sweet, friendly, and most importantly, she is *amazing* at what she does! Her studio is super cute, comfortable and extremely clean. During my first session, she explained how microshading worked and that I would get more density while keeping a more natural look - this is exactly what I wanted. Tebee measured my brows so they would be symmetrical and she corrected all the imperfections along the way. On my second visit she corrected the coloring and left me with perfect brows! I would highly recommend Tebee and Grandeur Beauté Studio. She is so professional and lots of fun....we spent nearly five hours together during our two sessions and the time flew by! She is a perfectionist and truly cares about her quality of work and her customers' beauty/satisfaction. She is so great I'm going back for a lash lift. This is my brow place for life!

    Great experience with this location…read more I go to a EWC in my town and have a mediocre experience there, frequently there is hair patches I notice after I return home. I was in town visiting and decided to squeeze in a wax. I booked an appointment here pretty last minute via their app (super convenient, highly recommend). I only had to wait a few minutes. The person who waxed me, I can't remember her name, was very friendly but didn't spend the entire session talking my ear off, either. She did a bunch of shit they never do at my home location. She started with a nice dousing of what seemed to be baby powder. I'm not sure what the purpose of that was but I am intrigued. She did her thing and right before finishing, she noticed there were a few patches she missed and went back and GOT THEM. Mind blown. Great experience.

Anyone that has any sort of customer service experience would have asked for information and if the call can be returned in x minutes or if I could call back in x mins as opposed to putting on hold indefinitely. When I called back a third time later asked for her name, when the manager would be in, and also suggested that in the future offering a callback, she stated that she was the manager (which I have a hard time believing as she spoke like a rude teenager) and that their corporate policy was that she had to put me on hold indefinitely as she could not call customers back. If this is really the corporate policy it does not prioritize customer service and your staff should be trained in phone etiquette and customer service.

Additionally, as another customer mentioned, the stylist didn't ask me how I wanted to style my hair, if I liked the cut, or show me the back -- they just said it looked great and then walked away. The price also was not justified by the cut and overall experience. I was also not happy with the Covid precautions, or lack of. No one wore a mask and they tried to tell me that it's okay b/c "everyone" is vaccinated (but how do they know if all the clients are?) At my normal salon, everyone is masked up and they seat the customers far apart, which was not what happened here. The place also gave a "I am too cool for school" vibe which was alienating, so I will not be returning.

After Frank finished cutting my hair, and before I walked to the front desk to pay, I tipped him $20 (which I would never have done if I knew he was going to scam me). Just as I was walking to the front desk, my cell phone rang and I had to take the call, so I was a bit distracted when I pulled out my credit card to pay. Basically, I assumed (wrongly) that I would have been charged the fee advertised (see photo of website attached). This is the problem honest people like me have - as soon as you let your guard down, someone takes advantage of you. It is also my opinion that when you bring this type of public misinformation to the owner's attention, he should do the right thing and honor the prices he publishes. Yet, when I sent a message to the salon notifying them of this overcharge, instead of recognizing their own mistakes and correcting it (as ALL HONEST business owners would have done), I was told, "Francesco hopes that you are pleased with your hair cut and hopes that you understand that as the owner of the salon along with his years of expertise that $50.00 is the price he charges for all of his men's hair cuts." Seriously? No, Frank - I don't understand and I'm not happy at all. I don't understand how a business can be open for so many years, and still not have their act together when it comes to pricing!!! And I definitely don't understand how anyone can dispute prices that are clearly published on their own website!!! Arrogance combined with misleading advertising and a complete failure to do what's right by your client (especially when you as the owner are clearly wrong) is not the sign of a professional business person. I could have literally received the same exact haircut from the Hair Cuttery for much less. I mean, really, there was nothing special about my haircut to warrant this absurd fee. Nothing. Making matters worse, I wasn't exactly treated well while I was in this salon. The person who washed my hair had ZERO personality. I wasn't even offered a glass of water (as I have been by virtually every other salon I have visited throughout my life), and Frank didn't even bother to ask me if I was pleased with my haircut. After he was done cutting it, he simply pulled the cape away from me, without even giving me the chance to look in the mirror. He literally assumed that he had done a great job. When I told him I wanted to put on my eye glasses and check out my hair, he got upset. The fact of the matter is, he did a lousy job. The sides of my hair are uneven, and the back hairline is totally messed up! He didn't even ask me HOW I like to wear it in the back - he just started hacking away, assuming that whatever he was doing was great." I have no problem with a person charging whatever they want to charge for their services. And, if they can get that fee, then great. However, I have a BIG problem with someone advertising one fee, then charging a different fee. I cannot get away with that type of deception in my business. I know this salon has a lot of loyal customers, but for anyone new considering this salon, I would strongly encourage you to reconsider. I don't know about you, but ethics and integrity is very important to me. I will most certainly steer my own family, friends and clients far away from this place!
