This place was subpar at best, they could not deliver on the nails that I showed them. It took 3 hours for the nails to be done and they charged 72 dollars without tip. It was outrageous pricing and time wasted. Even the acrylic was uneven and unprofessional. I would advise anyone to go somewhere else instead if they want designs on their nails. I went somewhere else and they charged me 30 plus tip and it was astronomically better. read more

I used to love going to Cay Nails when the previous owner was there with the technicians. Now it's a new owner with different technicians. I thought to give them a few tries but each time I go it's a huge disappointment. I've gotten my eyebrows waxed and they never come out nice and clean as they used to. I have gotten dip powder and it looked pretty bad. I've gotten acrylics and they still looked messed up. They couldn't even take off my acrylics probably!! This place s did a good job with our signature pedis and gel manicure but it is expensive. To add on French for a pedicure it was 7 dollars. For a simple line on the manicure. 10 dollars. This is more than a manicure! I really wanted to recommend them but was thrown off by the extra charges for something so simple. I made an appointment with Kim for dip powder nails the day before I wanted to come in. The nail salon is very clean, and they have a nice selection of dip powders. Kim was very sweet and offered me a bottle of water during my service. She kept my shape nice and square. The only thing I didn't like was I did bleed on some of my cuticles from the electric tools, but I healed up within a couple days. The dip powder was very even. I really enjoyed the hot towel she used on my wrists/hands right before my hand massage. I will be coming back! read more

Don't go there. Very inexperienced and messy, this is the ugliest set of nails I've ever gotten. My hands feel like a pile of bricks. I'm never stepping my foot in there again. So tacky!!!!! And they're very dirty and unsanitary, you could get an infection from here. The files and buffers they use look very tired from being overused. I hateee writing bad reviews but I must so that you don't need to be as angry as I am right now. I am on camera this weekend with up close shots of my nails and this is how they turned out (pics attached). I have no more time to re-do these. I have never ever had a problem with getting full SNS dip nails and no gel top coat. They always pull out the top coat and just do it no questions asked as long as I specify. After a bizarre double conversation with the perceived owner and nail tech about how gel topcoat is what they do and what people like (you lose half of the dip benefits with the gel topcoat! Defeats the purpose!) I honestly wanted to get the f out. Im not a newbie to the dip game and if I want to get the proper SNS procedure, I think that should come with no questions asked. I paid $40 for dip SNS that has black in the red, shaped poorly, already lifting at the base and each side isn't even complete!! The pedicure was awesome and why I'm giving 2 stars. Quick, easy and that's everything I like. read more

My nail salon closed unexpectedly so I needed a new place to go. I tried Cay Nails based on positive Yelp reviews and the location being on my way home from work. Cay's Yelp account says they're by appointment only, but I discovered that walk-ins are welcome. I was taken right away and had Amy was my nail tech. She was very sweet and thorough with her work. She also gave me the most painless eyebrow waxing I've ever had (big plus!) I also liked the selection of nail colors this salon has. The salon is very spacious and decorated nicely. I enjoyed that they had a tv that played music videos; It was a nice change to listen to good music, rather than the news like most nail salons. The owner singing along added a nice touch! Lol. My only qualm is being able to add a tip to the card, because I very rarely carry cash. I'm sure I'll be back here and I'll recommend this location to my friends! read more

After wasting 2 hours of my life, I walked away with a horrible gel pedicure and they snipped a chunk of my husband's toe at his pedicure. I came in for a gel manicure too and the girl who was doing my nails rushed through the entire process because she had someone else to finish and it was 7pm(when they close). They were so backed up because they over book!! They are over booking and rushing!!! She did my hands and I was so unhappy another lady had to step in and take them off. I walked out without my hands done. They kept blaming the gel light. No... it was because the girl was rushing! $65 for a gel pedicure that looks like crap. The gentlemen that did my pedicure filed my previous gel off instead of soaking it because once again he was rushing!!! It was painful! I will never come back to this salon. This place makes you pay for every little thing. I went in today and Vi did my nails... It was a simple polish change for my hands and feet. She didn't even take all of the old polish off. When I told her about it she brushed it off and didn't fix it. The Polish change of just taking off the old polish, filing and then paint. Then when I was getting a polish change on my hands, she kept pulling my arms and would not say a word to me except a rude question about why my nails were so short! She was lazy and rude. The are too many nail places out there to settle for the bare minimum and rudeness! Please do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. This is the second bad experience that I have had here. I used to go to this place back in 2019 and it was pretty decent. I came to visit my mom and I had to get a pedi and mani and thought about this place so I headed over there. I asked the lady for an overlay with gel polish which I found out at the end it was "$53" then I asked for a "Deluxe" pedicure which was "$43", "$15" for gel on the toes and "$14" for two overlays on big toes. I wouldn't have an issue with the price if the service/ customer service would have matched the price. The gentleman that was doing my feet had an attitude with me because I kept on asking him to work on the dead skin on my feet, then he noticed he was doing the basic pedicure on me instead of the deluxe (which he didn't even do correctly) no massage, didn't ask if hot stones or wax, also ran through the pedicure. He then pumped the other product on another equipment and it got on me, which later on got on my skin and burned it because I was touching my feet to show him where the dead skin was at. He seemed to have been sick and I get it, it happens but if you're not able to do the job, don't do it because I still had to pay for the amount of money it was worth. read more

Everyone was super polite, the facility itself is beautiful and clean, and they have TONS of colors to choose from. I was there for a while and they got other people in and out for their services. Not sure I would recommend this place. I developed a wart type fungal infection maybe because of the products used here. Also I got a French manicure with some design done and they didn't necessarily have staff who could support the free hand design. read more
