How do we get our money back from this company since they've clearly been scamming multiple people??? Can't get ANYONE to return calls, texts, or emails. Their voicemail says they are on holiday until 12/4/19. It's January 15, 2020. I had a system installed in May 2019 and was supposed to receive a monitoring system. It's January 2020 and I STILL do not have this. Mind you, I'm paying for the loan though. At first, they had good communication. They stopped responding in October saying the monitoring systems were back ordered. This makes me VERY wary of being able to get ahold of them to remove my panels and put them back on when I need a new roof. If I am having this much trouble half a year in, I hate to think about what it will be like in a couple of years when I need to have them uphold their end of the written contract to remove/put back the pane
