I like that everything was so easy, from making the payment online to sharing the report with the builder. I could send the entire report or send a request list with items from the report. I chose to use both options because I wanted the builder to see all of the details but the request list was nice so they can use that to check things off when they've been completed. I'm amazed at some of the stuff they found during the inspection as I didn't even notice any of those things when I had taken a quick look at the house the day before. I also like that he noted a few things that didn't need to be fixed but should keep an eye on in the future I'm so glad I got a pre-drywall inspection done so the builder can fix all of these issues now. We started the process in late August after confirming the rebate would end December 31st. These guys did everything they said they would do. Most vendors were booked through the end of the year but these guys took care of business.
