I have used Taylor Power Washer in the past and was very pleased with the quality of work, which is…read morewhy I scheduled another appointment months in advance for May 15, 2026. As the appointment date approached, I called and texted a couple of times to confirm but did not receive a response. When I called from a different number, my call was answered and I was told the service would still take place on May 15. I was also asked if evening service would be okay, and I agreed. Since I was going to be out of town, I offered to pay ahead of time, but I was told payment could be made after the work was completed. Unfortunately, May 15 came and went without any service being completed, and I did not receive a call or text regarding a cancellation, delay, or change in plans. At that point, I decided not to follow up further and instead chose to move on and use another provider. This review is not intended to criticize but simply to share my most recent experience so others can make informed decisions. My previous experiences were positive, but communication and reliability were disappointing this time.

They also bleached my flowers and killed them. They took no responsibility for stripping the stain, and blamed the stain company stating they did a poor job. Of course it looks like a terrible stain job AFTER the powerwashing damage had been done. The staining/painting company I used was recommended and used by our builder to do all of the painting and staining in the development, and the owner of that company did an exceptional job. Shame on them for pointing the finger at someone else rather than taking responsibility. This company even does deck staining and they could have offered to redo it themselves.

First, the team came on time and cleaned my gutters quickly and effectively. They had a mechanical issue with their pressure washer and Nikki proactively communicated with me to get that service rescheduled in a reasonable time. When Terry and his team showed up they walked me thru what they were going to do and asked if I had any questions. He led by example the entire time he was there, coaching his team to make sure my home was as clean as possible when they were all done. He treated our home like it was his own that he was cleaning. Would I recommend APW to a friend or neighbor? Yes, absolutely! Will certainly be calling them again to clean our home's exterior again when the time comes. Thank you Nikki, Terry, and the APW crew!
