I bought their service through Living Social. The reviews seemed to be good, so I purchased it. The person showed up on time, but once he found out the home was a rental, he said it wasn't for commercial.. what?? when did a home in a neighborhood become commercial? So he didn't want to continue. However after a bit of convincing from my tenant, he decided to go forth with it. He made the statement that he doesn't like to work on homes with owners who are handyman types because he doesn't get repeat business. Really? Well you shouldn't be offering the service then. I am a real estate agent and I call on services like this preparing homes to sell and to recommend to my clients. He sprayed the home and then left. Took maybe 30 minutes at most Did not protect bushes as it states in his process on-line. So after he left, we sprayed down the bushes to make sure they would not be affected with any chemicals. It did clean the home; However I would not recommend this company. read more

Matt got back to me very quickly with an estimate and an appointment to power wash my house and deck. His prices are very reasonable and I liked his reviews so I made an appointment for the following week. Matt showed up exactly on time and did an excellent job. I was so impressed with how he took his time and washed every part of the house exterior and deck including my railings and even went over the windows. The house had a lot of mildew and it was spotless when he was finished. He even pointed out a couple of spots on the house that needed a little repair. And he's a very nice, polite young man, too! Purchased a deal online for gutter cleaning. Only received a response nearly a month after numerous emails and calls to schedule service. This response included excuses of being busy, trying to upsell the service, and concluded with saying it was not worth driving to my house for gutter cleaning alone. Why offer a service if it's not even worth your time? Aside from "only getting 1/2 of the deal price and the cost of gas to drive" to my house, I guess this company isn't counting on repeat business, because their customer service is inexcusable. read more

We booked with this company before and had great service. This time we booked to power wash our rental. When booking the person we spoke to quoted us $130 then during the conversation increased it to $140 when we stated that the exterior front entrance would also need washing. On the day of service, I was at an emergent medical appointment for my daughter who recently suffered nerve damage to her legs and can no longer walk. We called to cancel at which time the person began yelling, and stated he would charge us $70 for cancelling. We stated that no cancellation policy or charge was discussed, and that we were at a medical appointment and were not home nor would be home in time. He continued to yell that he was already on his way, at which point we had to explain that we are not obligated to purchase his services and reiterated that we needed to cancel. He then yelled that he would "make sure that no one will ever wash your home" and hung up on us. Very rude and horrible customer service. read more

We used the Groupon Deal for NC Exterior Care. Matt came and power washed our house, driveway, walkway and deck today. He called me back within a few hours of my initial call to schedule to give us our appointment time. He ended up having a spot open up and was able to get us in earlier. He had great communication about the change in time and verified with us before coming out. He arrived right on time and did a stellar job. Everything looks like it could be brand new now! Matt is a very hard worker and would run back and forth to his truck when switching out nozzles and such. Will definitely be using Matt in the future! read more

I signed up for Yelp just to write this review. Matt? (He never told me his name) showed up today to power wash my house and driveway 3:30pm. First words out of his mouth we that he wouldn't be able to complete everything today due to the length of the driveway. I confirmed that my wife told him it was 100 feet. He said no she didn't. (I have the email to prove what my wife told him!) I said fine and then asked about just power washing the house and my back deck. He kept calling my 2 story house 3 story. ??? Then he told me that any exposed wood on my screen porches would have white streaks that would need to be pressure washed off (not by him). He likes excuses apparently. It's obvious now he had no intention of doing the job. I told him other companies in the past did not warn me of these things and I never had an issue. The only reason we were going to contract him was that our regular company was booked. Big mistake and a waste of my time. I said maybe we should forget it. He then proceeded to RUN not walk up my driveway to his truck and left. Nice guy huh? Do not call him EVER for anything. Already contacted our go to company. I'm willing to wait 2 months for them rather than contact another fly-by-night company like Matt's. After this review went live he called my wife to tell her that he didn't like me and he didn't get a good reception. I'm sorry I didn't know we were going to become drinking buddies. I was willing to pay him to do a job. Isn't that how this works? How childish. Our thinking is that he gave us a bid based on a 2300 square foot house and 100 foot long driveway (yes I have the email to prove what was negotiated) sight unseen and that when he showed up he realized he severely underbid the job and was looking for any way possible to get out of it. Would be a 0 star if rating went that low. When all of my friends ask me who I use for power washing you can bet your bottom dollar I'm going to tell ALL of them who NOT to use. ***So I guess greeting him with "hey man how is it going is rude nowadays? And now this guy is calling my wife a liar and is pretending like we never had a conversation prior to me suggestion we do not go ahead with the job after hearing all his lame excuses. She just read his comment also and is appalled by his lies and made up stories. Whatever makes you sleep better at night dude. I'll sleep just fine due to recording our whole conversation on my cell phone that was in my pocket ;) Your response is highly comical.
