We started the process in late August after confirming the rebate would end December 31st. These guys did everything they said they would do. Most vendors were booked through the end of the year but these guys took care of business. My PM Rana Mehmood and the site team lead Abraham were A1 professionals and very courteous even when I was freaking out over the holiday crunch. I really appreciate the overall service, the fair quote vs some of the competitors that came in way higher with their qoutes. And I love my solar energy and my free EV fuel.

It appears that they could care less about anything other than collecting payment. They miscalculated our needs by nearly 1/2 resulting in our still having a significant Utility bill (while having promised me a net-zero bill... their words) . They not once had a Licensed Electrician on site. When you call them out on being dissatisfied, they threaten to walk away from the project (once they've already received a portion of payment). And threatened to cancel our applications with the Utility resulting in complete Solar reapplication process. The installers did a great job, but they were not employees (as promised). We simply had a horrible experience with these people.

The uncertified installer was not going to take town permit and said will use 50A breaker compared to 60A tesla suggests to take full advantage of their chargers. So it was no brainer to go with Yes Solar. They are very professional and meticulous in their work. Firs they will come and inspect the location and gives an estimate. Once you approve it they will start with town permit and procuring the 60A breaker which was a special order and took some time to arrive due to supply constraints. The permit took more than a week, but it was worth the wait and gives me confidence that I followed the NEC code. I dont want to take chances with electrical work. On the installation day 2 installers came on time and did a wonderful job, everything according to the code. My car now charges at full 48A Tesla rated 80% of 60A breaker. Getting 43 miles per hour charge. Very happy with the work and suggest Yes Solar for anyone looking for quality Tesla Charger installation

Once he finally sent then I had to reach out several times to speak with him to review the quote. I told him I was fine with the quote. As we spoke, he said that he might have misunderstood and asked if I could send pics. I took and sent immediately. He said that due the the height of ceilings that it would be more expensive. I said that I understood and to send me an updated quote. That never happened. I called and texted him many times and he did not respond to voicemails or texts. I then went online and booked an appointment for today (Wednesday, March 10, 2021). They were supposed to show between 1 and 3 pm but no call and. I show. Absolutely horrible customer service. In Early March there were some high winds and about a week later I found a piece of the acrylic…read morebubble that I thought it became loose from the skylight on my roof and when I looked up there was still another piece in place so could not figure out where it came from. It turns out the second piece blew away too and left an open hole on the roof only two days after I looked the first time. I found Sun4light on a Thursday and they told me they will be here the following Monday at 10. I placed a tarp to cover the hole because there was rain in the forecast. They showed up as scheduled and gave me an estimate the next day so I hired them to do the job and they gave me a date to do the job after March 20th in the middle of the pandemic. They were doing another job on the same block and when I asked for a discount the lady in the office told me she would give me a "neighborhood" discount. Again, they showed up as scheduled, and did the job in a couple of hours not including the time they spent to go to the store to buy the matching shingles. He took pictures and sent them to me since I did not go to the roof myself. Because of "social distancing" when I was presented with the bill I saw no discount but I wasn't going to argue back and forth so I wrote the check and decided to ask the lady later. I was told I would get a receipt in the mail The next day it rained dogs and cats so I claimed to the attic to see if I would find any puppies or kittens but it was all high and dry. A few days later I called the lady in the office and reminded her of the discount. Check and receipt arrived Monday this week in the mail and because I am paranoid about the virus I don't open my mail but 4 days after I pick it up. I just opened today and found check, receipt and a nice note from the lady in the office. 21 stars to this company, they did not only do a good job but they put their money where their mouth is
