We needed a couple more weeks to work on the room before it was ready to be insulated, and they patiently waited for us to give them a callback. Once we did call them back, they were ready to send employees over the next day which is fantastic customer service! My husband and I both work from home and were in meetings during the day, but the employees were very quiet and considerate while working as to not disturb us. They completed the entire job in 90 minutes, and upon inspection of their work afterwards we found it to be impeccable. They even took the time to find small holes and cracks to fill in with spray foam, that otherwise could have been missed or overlooked. Mike was great to talk to and out the next day. gave me a quote that was easily half of what all the other outfits were charging and while i kept waiting for the surprise or kicker where i get hosed based on "service trip" or other fees... it never happened. now i'm a fan. wish the Mike & his company would have been on yelp to begin with and i would have saved 2 days of calls & notes and listening to "what you need is... " and while Mike also sells, installs openers, garage doors for commercial and residential locations... at no time did i feel like i was wasting his time with my minor spring problem/repair. mike asked that i let other folks who might need him know... told him i'd do it one better...get him on yelp and let other folks know there's a good guy out there who runs his own business & knows what he's doing.... and, best yet, doesn't charge an arm or a leg!
