All of the work looks just as good today as when it was newly completed. Jonathan closely supervises everything that's done to ensures that it is a consistently high quality at a very reasonable price point. Scheduling was a little rocky due to the snow and weather, but I didn't mind at all because the work was high quality and I'm exceptionally happy with the final product I got! Before I could even enjoy my shower the tile walls started cracking. There was a big hole in one tile that had been filled in with grout to hide. The tiles on the bathroom floors started coming up immediately. There were so many things wrong. I eventually had to hire another contractor to come in and demo EVERYTHING that Joe had done, and redo my entire bathroom again. When the new contractor took out the shower, we found that the pipes had cuts in them and Joe had just covered them up. Everything that Joe did had to be replaced because of the poor installation. I paid him over 28k, and I paid for most of the materials myself. He is very dishonest, and made promises that he NEVER intended to keep. He said he would call me to schedule a meeting to talk about a refund, and he hasn't returned any of my calls, emails or text. if you are considering him for a job, DON'T!!!!! He and his workers who are not licensed, scratched my laminate flooring in 3 rooms. Unfortunately my flooring is no longer available so the rooms would need to be completely replaced. He said he could fix the scratches, but he hasn't. He has no regard for personal property.

His employees are so nice and very trustworthy. I love my new Kitchen, bathrooms and floors. I highly recommend him for a remodeling job. He is so good at telling what the cost will be and trying to keep you in budget. We did add a couple of things that put us a little over. They were also good cleaning up each day before they left. I could turn the 2x4's of the framing 360 degrees with my bare hands, tresses did not match each other, the garage opening was only 7.25' wide, and the list goes on. We finally had to sue him for our $50,000 because we could not find another construction company willing to take over the job; each said the previous work would have to be demolished and a whole new structure built. We sued him and his father-in-law paid his debt. Come to find out this was the SECOND 'mistake' his father-in-law had resolved. I just wish there was some way of putting this type of builder out of business for good! DO NOT USE SANDERSON CONSTRUCTION!

After many calls and efforts to acquire the plans from the architect, we received them and forwarded them to Michael. Then, we get an email from Susan today saying they are too busy to do the quote or pursue the project due to our timeline, which was just to start the project early next year. I think we dodged a bullet. I have no tolerance for people who give you the runaround and then don't follow through on their end. I run 2 businesses, and if I treated my clients like that, I would have been out of business a long time ago. If you don't have the time to do projects stop wasting potential clients time and just tell them up front that you aren't taking on any new projects.

This company is very small and does not have the capacity, talent, experience, expertise, and bandwidth to handle projects larger than one bathroom remodel. I do believe and hope they can handle very small projects but nothing more. They certainly failed us miserably. Because of their size & staffing, Rodas Constriction LLC lack basic structure, organization, communication, discipline, order and quality. Forget about customer service. For example, I visited my house four times during the renovation process. I found windows fully "open", doors unlocked and the air conditioning or heaters on without anyone present. This led to leaks and moisture penetrating various parts of the house afterward. I communicated these issues to Rodas ownership every time without a favorable result. Nothing changed. In fact, Rodas ownership did not accept responsibility and continued their work. Although small, Rodas ownership is "unusually" arrogant and will never admit to wrongdoings, will never accept accountability and will never own they are being negligent. On top of the mismanagement, negligence, and disorganization, the most important problem was that Didier Enrique Rodas and his company, Rodas Construction LLC, failed to apply for and secure construction permits for the structural work as well as permits for plumbing, electrical and other work they had performed. They didn't get the permits to save money and to avoid to doing their work legally, appropriately, and effectively. This act of non-compliance is against all rules and regulations. And...once you pay Rodas Construction LLC in full, they will forever ignore and avoid your issues and requests. They certainly did for us. We still have several exposed drywall openings they had created and don't want to fix. Rodas Construction LLC is very small company with only a handful of employees. But with their VERY small size, they do have a Director of Marketing who amongst other soliciting activities, he manages social media work. Strange...right? For example, this marketing director will soon respond to this post with an elaborate list of excuses for having failed a client who had paid them in FULL. He is the person who responds to all of my complaints to Didier Enrique Rodas. This company will never accept accountability for its faults, wrongdoings and they will NEVER fix issues they had caused. I can write many pages on the issues I had faced with Rodas Construction LLC. Aforementioned remarks are high level insights so consumers are aware. BE EXTREMELY CAUTIOUS! I do take responsibility for trusting and selecting Rodas Construction LLC. I should have known better. I was desperate. But do your research, check multiple references and do NOT pay anyone especially the people until you are 100% certain about the quality of the work.
