The other installer called out sick the day of installation so I called Kevin immediately. He came out the same day to show me samples of the out of stock film and another film that is in stock but it's more expensive. Kevin offered to do the job with the more expensive film at the same cost of the cheaper not in stock film. He came out the next day on a Saturday to install the film. The outcome is stunning. I reached out to Aaron for a quote regarding what I wanted to have done and he provided me with a price for his services. I reached out to two other companies and Oasis Window Tinting had the best price hands down. I reached out to Aaron again to book an appointment , and He did tell me that he was scheduling appointments 3 weeks out since he is completely booked, which worked out perfectly for me! I had an appointment scheduled for June 5th, 2025 between 1pm-2pm. The day before, Aaron reached out to confirm if my original appointment was still good or if i needed to reschedule for a different date and time. Day of the appointment, he even sent me a courtesy text message letting me know he was on his way and how far out he was from the house. I asked Aaron to tint my front windshield on my 2024 Corolla XSE. He showed me a picture of the different tint percentages and asked if I wanted carbon or ceramic tint film. The first thing he did was thank me for sharing my experience. Although the review was not positive, he took the time to listen to my concerns, apologize, and explain how he wanted to make things right. Demi told me that whether I chose to use his shop or not, I was still a customer, and customer service is the foundation of his business. He acknowledged that my experience did not reflect the standards he expects from his team and assured me that he wanted the opportunity to demonstrate the level of service his shop is known for. Based on our conversation, I scheduled an appointment for this Saturday and had the windows on my 2026 Toyota Land Cruiser tinted. I am pleased to say that his staff turned his words into action.
