That is my opinion. I will provide supporting facts. Full disclosure: Ferrick spoke against me in Court after she was appointed as a Behavioral Interventionist in the re-unification of our child with his mother, whom he had refused to see since turning 16. Fact: Ferrick is NOT a medical doctor, yet she made a medical diagnosis upon which she based her recommendation to the Court, which backfired and caused financial and emotional damage to all parties involved. (My comment; Two MD doctors, with MD degrees, literally laughed at her obviously wrong diagnosis.) Fact: Ferrick claimed the child could not think straight (cognitive decline) due to his weight. The kid was getting straight A's in multiple AP classes, had a 1540 SAT, and ended up as high school Valedictorian. I am not making this up. Fact: Ferrick told the Court I hated my mother and wanted my child to also hate his mother. But.....I had told her the exact opposite. I had a wonderful relationship with my mother and can prove it. (My comment; Instead of verifying even once if she heard right, given how impactful this was, and why I would ever 'admit' this, Ferrick just plowed ahead). There is actually and unfortunately more. But this is plenty.

I felt relaxed and pampered. The space was beautifully decorated. I wish it wasn't so far from my house. I will definitely go back to their other community acupuncture events. It is only $25 the person or if you bring a friend it's two for $40. The mind body Spirit Center's brochure says rejuvenation and regeneration in an environmentally conscious center. There's also a nurse practitioner who provides nutritional counseling, immune enhancement,allergy testing and women's healthcare. Kat Myers also does yoga, qi gong, body rolling and offers workshops. I'm definitely going to check those out!

The place is also not open all the time--so if you want to cancel an appointment or make changes, then you may need to wait 3 days as they don't have long hours and are closed on Fridays and the weekends. She didn't come back at the end of my treatment to remove the needles and her staff missed one, which caused me to have jarring pain when I put on my pants!! I took the needle out and then said, "You missed one!" and she didn't apologize but just took it from me and dropped it in the trash. I also called to reschedule a follow-up appointment and the woman on the phone didn't seem all that interested in finding a date solution. So, I just didn't make another appointment and I don't think she cared a hoot. I think her current staff is subpar but I liked her. Maybe this should be a 3.5 star review???

I Supplied my insurance information, filled out the forms which were redundant and looked crafted by a 3rd grader learning Word for the first time. When I arrived I was the only person waiting. After waiting almost 45 mins beyond my appointment time, I watched people come and go. When I was finally called back to the treatment room. I inquired how much longer it would be. I had to get to my kids from daycare. I've never spent more than 20-30 mins in a chiropractic appointment, beginning to end. So I was baffled. I was told 45 mins to an hour, in addition to the 45 mins I sat waiting with now a packed waiting room. I didn't have that time, and at that point I was already annoyed.. The lady that was what I assume office personal was defensive and combative. Justifying their tardiness by letting me know they had walk-ins and preexisting patients. I understand that.. However, I had an appointment scheduled for several days prior. I decided to reschedule, they didn't have anything to fit my schedule in a reasonable amount of time. When all was said and done. I lost almost an hour of my time and was not seen. The office staff doesn't communicate or respect their patients time. Their professionalism is non existent.. simple communication or any sort of apology for being behind schedule would of gone a long way. I will not be returning.
