Both experiences were unique yet similar: * The studio session was relaxing to the point that my racing mind was able to go blank for a decent period of time, just absorbing the vibrations of the bowls echoing in the room. * The private session made me feel grounded especially being outside in the grass with the mixed in sounds of nature. I will definitly be brining more friends to the class sessions and hope to host a private event featuring Terri as well because everyone should get to experience the peace her sound meditation will bring you!

I came here to experience community acupuncture with Kat Myers and Shelley (sorry I don't remember…read moreher last name). It is a new appointment drop in from 1 o'clock to 3:35pm. It was excellent! I felt relaxed and pampered. The space was beautifully decorated. I wish it wasn't so far from my house. I will definitely go back to their other community acupuncture events. It is only $25 the person or if you bring a friend it's two for $40. The mind body Spirit Center's brochure says rejuvenation and regeneration in an environmentally conscious center. There's also a nurse practitioner who provides nutritional counseling, immune enhancement,allergy testing and women's healthcare. Kat Myers also does yoga, qi gong, body rolling and offers workshops. I'm definitely going to check those out!

I went there for only acupuncture, so if you want to just tell her your symptoms of discomfort or pain and be treated, this is not your place as she wants a complete physical and mental health recap. The place is also not open all the time--so if you want to cancel an appointment or make changes, then you may need to wait 3 days as they don't have long hours and are closed on Fridays and the weekends. She didn't come back at the end of my treatment to remove the needles and her staff missed one, which caused me to have jarring pain when I put on my pants!! I took the needle out and then said, "You missed one!" and she didn't apologize but just took it from me and dropped it in the trash. I also called to reschedule a follow-up appointment and the woman on the phone didn't seem all that interested in finding a date solution. So, I just didn't make another appointment and I don't think she cared a hoot. I think her current staff is subpar but I liked her. Maybe this should be a 3.5 star review???
