The studio is heated as soon as you walk in, so that's something to keep in mind, but it is heated to what I think is personally the perfect level. Just enough to get you sweating, but not profusely and not drenched and/or almost seeing spots like at other spots I've been to! The flow of the practice was delightful, not too easy but not too challenging either, it was the Goldilocks of classes for me! I haven't done hot yoga in a bit so this was the perfect way to get back into it for sure. I also really liked Natalie's option for a more hands-on approach, as I was getting some really deep stretches in with her help! I will be back, and I love that there's ample parking that's free, and right in front of the studio. A rarity for a spot in the heart of Phoenix (it's Midtown, but only a mile and half or so North of Downtown!).

The sound healing that Soulrise provided and the skill of Ashley and how she guided me through deep and meaningful mindfulness meditations and the way she made her healing instruments penetrate the deepest parts of my body were absolutely incredible!!! There is so much healing that was experienced in myself, and the part that blew me away the most is how well she made it work for me, especially in the beginning whether I was open to it or not.
