John of God is a mystic/medium in Brazil, and his chromotherapy-style lamp uses 7 quartz crystals to clean and strengthen your chakras by sending corresponding chakra-colored lights through crystal-clear, highly polished Vogel-cut clear quartz crystals and onto your chakra centers from 12" above your body. Please research this healing practice (ie, lamp/bed) online for more specifics on how this healing practice works. YouTube even has videos of Oprah's interview with John of God. For best results, arrive well hydrated and wearing white clothing from head to toe. After my 40 minute session, I felt a little spacey but had some insights as if I had been in a light meditative state. I felt rejuvenated! After the crystal bed session, Rev. Christopher Gallagher printed out a short but informative eastern numerology report about me; led me in Kundalini meditation mantras/music personalized to my numerology; and did a Reiki healing on my leg. After, we talked about gong healing; both New Thought and Science of Mind beliefs; Sikhism; Reiki; and even Sukyo Mahikari. I was in such a state of love and light after I left for the grocery that the cashier at Fry's noticed and asked me if I was in love!!!! LOL! I told her no but that I had done chakra therapy and Kundalini mantras! Specifically, Guru Kram Gallagher is an Inuitive Healer, Reiki Master/Teacher; Gong Master/Teacher; Kundalini Yoga Certified Teacher; Science of Mind practitioner; and New Thought minister. He provides numerous services and insights at his establishment and events around the city. Please review his website for more information, his calendar of events, and further contact information. I felt Nicole will be the right person for this work, since I met her several times before our healing session and I knew how much knowledge and training she has in this area. She came to my home (which was great!) and I don't know exactly what her process was, but on my end it felt like guided meditation, with intuitive energetic cord cutting. This was followed by tarot cards reading that was right on the spot and gave me more insight in my situation and project (I see tarot more as an opportunity for self inquiry than fortunetelling) Soon after this, I was in a series of situations normally very stressful for me, this was the test. I couldn't believe it - nothing threw me out of balance! It was a miracle. Whatever she did, it worked!

I was aware of the energy work Nicole did and spoke to her a little about what was going on. She was super accommodating and we arranged a time where she came to my house with a beautiful bouquet and did an energy clearing, she cleansed my house, did a grounding meditation, helped with intention setting, chakra cleansing, and a Tarot reading. Basically she did a LOT of work and the effects were immediately palpable. I felt my throat begin to loosen during that session and felt peace begin to ease over me. She made sure any and all questions were answered and just did everything she could to make sure I was comfortable and satisfied. Within about a week or two the persistent pain in my throat finally subsided-she likened it to a massage where you release the toxins and it gets a little worse before it gets better. On top of it all she's just a really cool laid back chick who will make you feel relaxed and at ease, even if the experience is foreign and a little uncomfortable to you at first. The whole experience was incredible and I highly recommend her to anyone in need of energy work.

Kristine's reiki classes are amazing! I regularly attend her Sunday class at PhysioYoga Scottsdale…read moreand it is the most restorative part of my week. We work on releasing muscle tension followed by a meditation with reiki work. Kristine always asks if there's anything we'd like to focus on and will explain what energy she noticed during her reiki work. It is so interesting to learn about where your body is holding energy and tension and how to release it. I've also attended one of her sound baths. It was completely immersive and helped me zone out from everyday life. The bowls were beautiful and it was an amazing way to meditate. I highly recommend both this and her physioyoga class!

Then we moved into a gentle meditation and a sound bath with seven different chakra-related sound bowls. I had some blockage in my third eye, and boy did I feel/hear that bowl INSIDE my head. I'd never heard anything so loud. It felt like it was playing literally between my ears. Truly fascinating. The Reiki session itself was gentle, but powerful. I could feel the energy whooshing through various points in my body. After the Reiki itself was over, Kristin had me pull cards from her Reiki deck, and boy were they spot on. I even took pics of them on my phone, which I've attached to this review. I KNEW I would pull these three cards (or something similar) in my gut. Just KNEW it, because these three issues have been on my mind and bursting from my soul for the longest time. I'd encourage anyone interested in Reiki to give Kristin and Pixye Dust a try. You'll be happy you did. PS. She also gave me a "wish" candle, which I've used every day since my session. Truly, a lovely experience.
