For one, it's creepy, it made me feel extremely uncomfortable, I always request women masseuses because I was molested by a male masseuse at age 14. For two, it's predatory. People in a relaxed state are more prone to agreement, which I've seen actual legal contracts be voided for. We also were not given pricing for this ridiculous add ons, and we were not warned of the effects of cupping. We have bruises up and down our backs. Anyways our massage was $200 more than we agreed to during the initial booking at the front desk. Can't recommend this place in good conscience. I will likely be doing a chargeback or filing a dispute or a complaint with the licensing board. Massage rooms should be a safe place. These are not.

They also use latex gloves, which I'm allergic to, and she barely applied any oil to my feet. I spent most of the session counting down until it was over. When she rolled me over to work on my upper and lower back, all she did was repeatedly roll along my spine. I've been here many times and know what a good experience should be, but this was awful. Over the past year, the quality of the staff has clearly declined--either they've lost skilled workers or someone has gotten lazy. I will be going elsewhere moving forward.

It started out with a foot soak and a shoulder massage, then a foot and leg massage, then more back massage. The massage was good, though I was a little disappointed by the foot massage. I expected that there might be more of a focus on pressure points in the feet since it was a reflexology massage, but instead it just involved rubbing my feet like in a normal massage.
