My mother underwent a knee replacement and required long-term assistance after returning home…read more Kaiser referred her to Care Partners for in-home care during her recovery. Over the course of several weeks, I worked closely with Lina while arranging the additional support my mother needed following her surgery, which had been significantly delayed due to the Kaiser strike. Throughout the process, Lina was professional, compassionate, kind, and extremely helpful. There were several frustrating moments related to scheduling issues, many of which I expressed to Kaiser. Lina was always honest and transparent, explaining that all of their Spanish-speaking caregivers were currently assigned to other clients. Even so, she consistently took the time to listen to my concerns, answer questions, and help explore possible solutions. Lina maintained regular communication to ensure my mother received the specific care she needed when she needed it. While there were some scheduling challenges along the way, Lina remained proactive, attentive, and supportive, helping us navigate each obstacle. She also worked closely with her scheduling team to make sure my mother's care needs were met. I am grateful for Lina's dedication and commitment throughout this process. Thank you, Lina, and thank you to Care Partners for the care and support provided to my mother during her recovery. Enrique M.

My experience with this agency has been extremely disappointing. They have a consistent pattern of…read morenot returning phone calls. Even when the receptionist says someone will return your call, it often never happens. Communication is one of the most important parts of providing care, and this agency has repeatedly failed in that area. Most recently on 08/2026 a caregiver she was scheduled to provide care for my elderly mom but did not show up, and the office did not bother to notify me that she would not be coming. I was left waiting without any communication or explanation. * I contacted the agency and left a message for Val to call me who I was told was a supervisor, asking to return my call to discuss what happened. Unfortunately I never received a response. What makes this even more concerning is that they serve elderly individuals, people with disabilities, and families who are already under tremendous stress and relying on these services for support. They present themselves as compassionate and caring, but that has not been my experience. If you are seeking respite services through this agency, be prepared for poor communication, more stress, more disappointment and difficulty getting the assistance you need.

I'm finally getting around to writing this review…read more Dwight is absolutely amazing!!! In early February we were looking for care for my dad. I called Dwight at 7:30 to leave a message. He actually picked up the phone. He talked with me for about 40 minutes, explaining all the services he offers and how it would look helping my dad (and mom). He knows his stuff! Very compassionate. Knowledgeable. Caring. There are a lot of things to consider when hiring a caregiver. Legalities. Regulations. Matching a caregiver with a client. So much more. Dwight explained it all so clearly. Big one: If you have a long-term healthcare insurance policy, make sure to check the waiting period. My mom hadn't looked at the policy in years, and sure enough there was a waiting period. His advice on activating it was on point. He met with my mom and I within a week of first talking on the phone. He re-explained to my mom all the services he offers. She was able to use him for only a week....my dad returned to the hospital. And never returned home. Dwight was so supportive. Would not hesitate to call Dwight.

Assisting Hands was highly recommended by my friend so I called Judy and scheduled a meeting. My uncle's physician at UCI (who was the attending physician) actually recommended this company to…read moreus when my uncle was going into Hospice. She had used them for one of her own family members, and had a great experience. My initial experience with Cheri was very good, they were very responsive to my initial call, and were able to meet with me at a time convenient for me, very considerate of my time limitations with all that was going on at the time. The day my uncle came home, they were right there waiting and willing to help. Over the next 2 1/2 weeks he was home, the caretakers were very loving and attentive. He lived alone, so often it was just him, and the caretakers. For his safety, I had cameras installed, and reviewed them often when I was not able to be there. This is how I know how well they treated him and cared for him. I could see how they took care of him, even when they were alone. And he was lucid, so if something wasn't right, he could tell me. He adored them though, and was very appreciative for their kindness and care. I will mention that there was one caretaker in the beginning that my uncle just didn't seem to click with, so we asked for a replacement and it was granted immediately. As for the management for Circle of Care, Cheri and Genalyn, they were very attentive and always responded quickly with any questions or needs we had. I see now why this company was so highly recommended by my uncle's doctor at UCI. If I had to do it over again, I would hire them again in a heartbeat. Lastly--Special shout out to the 2 caretakers who spent the most time with my uncle, Mila and AJ. Thank you both for treating my uncle like family. We could not have gotten through this without you two.

My mom the client is a bit picky w/ caretakers so it's hard for Freda but she does her best to keep all 7 days of the week covered. I talked to my mom and our favorite caretakers are Stacey, Cynthia, and Lisa. Stacey and Cynthia mainly work during the week to keep coverage from what I can see. I hear them speak to my mom when I'm in the hallway and they're very nice and sweet. I'll be honest it's nice to hear my mom have small talk with people other than my brother and I. I believe these two Stacey and Cynthia are the only ones currently giving her a bed bath. If we didn't have them during the week we'd be in bad shape. They've also helped w/ my mom when a physical therapist is here w/ the hoyer to lift her up to do things so they are trained. Lisa, mainly comes in on the weekends unless she has time to fill in during the week. She's a very sweet lady whose very nice and appreciative of whatever we do for her. She's communicative and gives her advice on my mom's care. Again, we've been using this agency for over 1.5 years and I see no reason why we wouldn't keep using them. Give them a try especially if you're in the Yorba Linda area since they're located here.
