But I no longer see them assisting the patient so I'm not sure if they no longer work for the company since I haven't seen them in a while . Instead, the staff members I encounter are incredibly arrogant; their communication and conduct are completely unprofessional for the healthcare field. They are rude and lack professional integrity. They never follow through on promises made to the patient and avoid returning calls. There is a total lack of responsibility--whether among new or existing staff. They make up all sorts of excuses to avoid admitting fault when they make mistakes. Specifically a staff member named Vivian; I highly recommend HR and management look into this employees conduct and lack of company value and morale. I will never recommend this company for their loved ones due to their poor service that changed from what it use to be . Quality of care here is not of importance to management if they allow this to go on as it shows. Some serious employee evaluations need to take place before they get hit with a lawsuit .

He assisted us again in June when my mother required surgery and needed some assistance when she returned home. We had people lined up a week in advance. We were able to - with notice - revise the plans as my mom didn't need the night care we anticipated. Katie was my mom's day nurse and she was terrific - as are all of the LWHC staff. They sent the sweetest angel to our home to help. Daisy bathed, changed clothes and bedding so that Joyce would be as comfortable as possible. I couldn't do it myself. Joyce was beginning to sink into unconciousness and could no longer help me move her. Daisy did the job with expertise that alleviated adding stress to my sister-in-law's discomfort. I'm so grateful.
