We feel as though we as patients are being taken seriously, and that it matters how we feel about treatments and medications, we have never had this feeling before. Doctor Liwanpo is young and extremely well informed , she welcomes questions and encourages collaboration. She goes out of her way to accommodate her patients, follows up in a timely manner with test results. It is totally refreshing and encouraging to see medicine being practiced in this manner. The couple times we've been there the behavior of the front desk staff is so off putting that we chose not to go back. It's unfortunate because the providers are wonderful. Suggest reassign those trolls back under the bridge until they learn how to deal with people respectfully. The office manager isn't much better. I did ask if they were in network with Cigna and was told the are in network. I tried to verify a couple of providers on the Cigna website and the website is down for maintenance.
