After painting my nails, the technician didn't even check his work. I had to point out that each nail was a different length. Only after I mentioned it did he file them all down, but he left the ends thick and uneven. When I asked him to thin out the bulky tips, he over-filed them instead, leaving rough, misshapen edges. One nail, my middle finger, is especially bumpy due to poor layering and careless filing. The overall finish looks rushed and sloppy. For $50, this level of work is unacceptable and honestly feels like something that should have cost no more than $20. I wish I could get a refund because these are not nails I am happy to walk around with.

They even pulled a chair up for me to sit next to her. I felt like I might be in the way, but no one ever made me feel that way. Almost every station was full of people, all working in silence & getting the nails done quickly. My daughter received gel nails for only $15. Multiple beautiful coats, trimming, shaping, under the UV, & a little hand massage with lotion at the end.
