You can tell how long it is by the same necklace I wear. 3rd photo: the length of my hair 3 months ago after a haircut when I asked a hair dresser the same thing I asked for today. English: This appointment was made for me and the quote was $45. I arrived on time and I was only supposed to be there for a quick wash, a small trim with face framing layers, and a dry. I just wanted my hair to look the same as the last time it was cut and KEEP THE LENGTH. The wash took over an hour, the cut was made too short and my hair was thinned out. My scalp was burned multiple times when he was blow drying it, and every time I would say it's too much he was cutting he would continue to cut more and more. I lost 4 inches of hair today. I attached a photo of right after I got my haircut 3 months ago and what this man did to me. I told him multiple times that I didn't like how it was looking and he told me that sometimes hair stylists know what's best even if it's different. I told him that I have naturally curly hair and he insisted that I didn't? How does he know better than me? I think this is extremely disrespectful to a customer that came to spend their money to not get what they ask for. I feel robbed. He made me feel bad for speaking up and I felt bullied by this man with the curly grey hair. He was one the phone the whole time with one of his friends, and was rude to me. I can't stop crying because of how bad my hair is. I hope you feel good about yourself. And he also charged $60 instead of $45 they must've up charged me for something I didn't consent to being used. I was expecting Irene to cut my hair. Instead I wasn't notified. This is the absolute worst experience of my life. Irene shouldn't have left these people running her business.
