clearly you did not bother to fully read my initial review as i never stated this is the first time i left unsatisfied, so this was NOT a 1 out of 8 as you say jasmine. My hair is not wet in the photo. At this point i'm fighting a battle with a business owner who continuously sees no wrong in anything despite the numerous other reviews also stating the obvious "tardy" and "lack of professionalism" stop playing victim here and look at your track history other reviews are dating back years. Firstly let's not try to deflect and find an excuse for why my hair was damaged that is an extremely unprofessional response of you. Take accountability. You have never ever discounted services Jasmine. Prior to this last visit to you ( photo attached) my hair was NOT damaged what so ever. You also stated you didn't provide a roller set on my last visits because i didn't book it, which is a complete lie every single visit to your salon you have done a roller set on my hair except this last visit! when booking online for long layers and style their is no option to add a roller set as u say i've booked additionally in the past and i've confirmed by going over my emails confirming my appointments and going on your website for additional confirmation. Your poor excuse to try to say it was due to box dye is not valid, and stating that i "didn't book a roller set" that's why you choose to burn my hair with the blower is not a excuse you were hungry and in a hurry to finish my services so you could leave and that's the truth. Never the less my hair hasn't been box dyed in 7 months but that's neither here nor there regarding the damage you caused to my hair on my last visit do to the method you cut my hair and the extreme heat you applied to it. Additionally address your extreme patterns of tardiness if you're concern is keeping a successful business. Your business won't thrive if you can't take constructive criticism from clients to help improve your business. and to add i did NOT choose to return for you to "fix" it because after much thought what could you have possibly down to reverse the damage, and fix the horrible cut? cut it some more? and risk again leaving unsatisfied with now short hair, no thank you. also the picture u posted of "my hair" is false advertising it might look good because you styled it to. but after washing my hair the true outcome clearly revealed itself. Damaged and choppy uneven layers. again i wish you nothing but the best but take accountability, and use it to better your craft. read more

I moved here from New York and im use to a perfect blow out that last. My hair lasted 2 weeks in the Atlanta weather. I trimmed my ends and got a deep conditioner. Jasmine was so attentive and gentle. My hair is natural, when I washed it my curls came back and my wash and go was even. Jasmine is fast and does amazing work. I came in with a mess. She laid my hair down in an hour flat. You will not regret it!

I came here on a referral from a close friend and I was hoping to get a deep condition treatment with hair trim and press. After showing up a few minutes late, I got my hair washed, she forgot the towels so a paper towel was used to dry my hair, then it was a quick blow dry and I was out the door. I was highly disappointed in what I paid for versus what I received. read more

The hairdresser showed up late for our appointment. I came for baby lights and balayage and left with orange colored baby lights. I was extremely disappointed with the service and had to go to a different salon for them to color correct my hair to the ash blonde I requested and showed her. Secondly, the brushes she used on me were not sanitized and had a huge buildup of other people's hair. The towels she used looked dirty, I questioned the cleanliness of that place compared to a real salon. Lastly, she used extreme hot air to blow dry my very wet hair, which is so damaging. Every salon I've gone to uses mild heat to dry wet hair and then blast with hot air at the end for styling to prevent severe damage to the hair. I was screaming inside when I saw the smoke/steam, but was too shy to speak up. She seemed nice though, but lacked skills in coloring in my opinion. read more
