If David isn't there and his assistant pharmacist(s) are there-no worries-because you'll ALWAYS receive the most outstanding and caring service as if David was there. What I can't understand is "why OH why" do people "torture" themselves with going to the "chain pharmacies", in which you ALWAYS are on a line to receive "service", or not filled though you or your doctor called it in hours ago OR some other constant, annoying, inconvenience or something or another in filling your prescription!! So doesn't that "old fashioned" "mom and pop" where he and your staff are NOT treated as a number and knows your name shortly after you start going there, sound SO MUCH BETTER than having to put up with the nonsense of those "chain pharmacies"??!! Sounds pretty simple to me! I, personally would NEVER go back to those "chain pharmacies again!! Somebody from Pharmacy dept said they could do it by ordering to their supplier, and received my personal info to enter into their system. I called the Pharmacy a few minutes ago to check if they received the fax and when could I get my medicine. Responder (I think her name was Mariah per my best memory) was extremely rude and mean. I expected more professional and respectful attitude towards a patient whose only purpose is to be able get a medicine. She said "why don't you try another pharmacy" by laughing.
