That was disappointing because you expect the order to be correct, especially when you're getting a family meal. The chicken itself still tastes good -- it has that grilled flavor they're known for -- but we also noticed the side portions seem smaller than before. Not sure if it's a recent change, but it definitely stood out this time. Prices overall also feel like they've gone up quite a bit, which makes it more noticeable when portions feel a little reduced. Service was fine in person, nothing bad, but accuracy with the order is important when you're paying these prices. We've liked this place in the past, but this visit wasn't their best showing.
