Tragic that they ditched the recycling program for used marijuana bags and containers. I loved that this franchise had interest in recycling especially in an industry that uses one-time use plastics consistently. Rewards program was amazing prior to Jan 2025. I came here because I wanted a particular product. In fact, I tried to order it online and they wanted me to upload a copy of my card. That's a hard thing to do when you're on a laptop computer and it doesn't seem reasonable. I am already registered with other locations of this dispensary so why duplicate the process? When you get here, you will find the most confused process ever. I had to check in with four different people before I could leave with my order: security, registration, ordering and paying. All different folks. The place in the store where you look at the product,, order the product, and pay for the product, is a small space that's very loud. There are clerks and customers and people waiting and everyone is talking. When you finish and they call your name to pay, it's actually hard to hear.
