I immediately called Kim, who lives in the neighborhood, and she rushed over to help. This was at 10:00 AM on a Sunday! I was touched by the fact that she dropped everything she was doing on a Sunday morning to come over and help someone's dog whom she didn't even know. Her calm demeanor helped reassure me and kept me calm, which was good because our friend's daughter was upset and worried about her dog. We found her quickly, and Kim had some advice for everyone, which I appreciated. She cares so much about dogs (not just her client's dogs) and her community.

We were so far beyond happy with the care that Kim gave our beloved babies - we have 4 cats, 2 that…read morerequire daily medication, 1 that has Gran Mal seizures, 1 that is scared of everyone (but came right to her) and a 14 year old Pitt Bull that is moving very slow plus she cared for a number of butterflies that I am raising along with an extensive garden. It's a lot and it had been many years since my husband and I trusted anyone enough to go away together for several days and nights - we honestly cannot be happier with how she loved them up, interacted with them and kept us informed the entire time with the best photo's and stories.
