I got my hair cut, colored, and conditioned, then picked up some new styling cream. I was given a bottle of cold water when I finished the coffee I'd brought with me. The bathroom was clean and smelled good. The other stylists were friendly and talked to me in passing, which made me feel welcome, for being my first time here. I'm 15 weeks pregnant, and I had chosen this spa specifically because I wanted to feel safe and confident in the provider's experience.
