How cool is that!! The salesclerk was helpful in locating the sparklers in the store for me. As i checked out, I had to give my birth date as you have to be over 18 to purchase. Wow such unprofessional service! My wife planned for a month to rent a waterslide for our daughters…read moregraduation party. This guy showed up on the morning of the party to set up and drop off the slide. He got into a arguement with my father in law about the size of the extension cord to use, got into his truck, said he didn't have time for this, and left with the slide. Me and my wife weren't there at the time but were on our way. he never bothered to call my wife and tell her the problem, and will not pick up or return my calls. We wound up having to drive 80 miles to rent from Blue Rents. I wouldn't recommend this guy to anyone. His behavior made it difficult to finish setting up for our party.

They offer just about everything you need other than the bride and groom. Sabrina and Shannon were extremely professional and will sit down with you and map out the wedding of your dreams. They know a lot of the other vendors in the area and can give great recommendations on caterers, etc. We had a last minute issue with the tents and they sent someone over right away to remedy the situation. She is responsive, professional, understanding, resourceful, knowledgeable, organized, and somehow extremely calming despite how hectic wedding planning can be! I don't know how she does it all and doesn't show any stress! My wedding was in Fairhope but I was in Tuscaloosa finishing up grad school, recently diagnosed with a chronic illness, which meant planning was much more hands off than I had originally hoped. However, Jenna learned enough about what my husband and I cared about and envisioned for our wedding weekend and she went above and beyond anything we could have come up with. She was an incredible listener and always efficient. Jenna is a true PRO / event planning GENIUS and she will make your wedding dreams come to life within your budget and timeframe!!!! She has an amazing eye to the point that the entire weekend felt cohesive, almost like a romantic story. Jenna knows so many vendors in the area and set us up with incredible photographers, videographers, make up/hair teams, florists, cake designers, and band that made our weekend the most memorable experience of our lives. The Welcome Party, Bridesmaid Brunch, Rehearsal Dinner, Wedding, and Reception all felt like such special chapters we will never forget! My bridesmaid brunch was even held in her event space, overlooking downtown Fairhope with a beautiful balcony. We got so many compliments about her, the other professionals she recommended, and the set up/organization of the beautiful wedding. While our wedding was in Fairhope, I would hire her for a wedding anywhere because I know how resourceful, experienced, and adaptive she is and it is so worth having someone dependable like her during this process! The weekend was relaxed and seamless. If there were issues, I would not have even known, because she stays on top of things, handles issues, and ensures everyone is having the best time they can have.
