I found some ottomans similar to ones my BFF priced at another store and the ones here were half the price. On the day of delivery the store 'ghosted' me. The delivery partner sent me an image of the store's posting a word document saying they were closing early (at four) due to weather conditions. The store did not call me to say they were closing early. Mind you, there were no weather advisories for the area on Tuesday February 16th, 2021. We live 30 minutes from the Gulf of Mexico, there was not a single patch of 'ice' on the road. It was cold. End of story. Never received my order. Called corporate twice before it was escalated (even called the store FOUR times). No response. I would highly recommend getting balloons from another business. For a store that is seemingly on the verge of closing down they did not give a crap. I would bet they will be out of business by the years end.
