I was so into the idea of Party city delivering balloons for my sons birthday. I had scheduled the delivery two days in advanced for a 7pm - 8pm delivery the day before my sons birthday. On the day of delivery the store 'ghosted' me. The delivery partner sent me an image of the store's posting a word document saying they were closing early (at four) due to weather conditions. The store did not call me to say they were closing early. Mind you, there were no weather advisories for the area on Tuesday February 16th, 2021. We live 30 minutes from the Gulf of Mexico, there was not a single patch of 'ice' on the road. It was cold. End of story. Never received my order. Called corporate twice before it was escalated (even called the store FOUR times). No response. I would highly recommend getting balloons from another business. For a store that is seemingly on the verge of closing down they did not give a crap. I would bet they will be out of business by the years end. read more

If I could post a review with zero stars I would. The most inept and unprofessional staff I have ever seen in my existence. I had not been to this location in some time. Easily since before the pandemic. May I say it is horrendous. No one working here shows an ounce of professionalism. Barely greets the customers, speaks to you as if you're a bother an infringing on their time, could not answer questions about THEIR products, and speaking proper grammar? Forget it. Lines long. Not helpful at all. Demeanor and facial expressions and attitudes are deplorable. Corporate needs to do a clean sweep and start over. I will NEVER spend a dime here again. If I have to pay more money at Hobby Lobby or visit 10 Dollar Trees to find ONE with helium then so be it. Pop Shelf here I come. Never again Party City; Mobile. read more

This is BY FAR the worst business to shop with in Mobile. They NEVER have the stock that is says they have online. Employees are always rude and they act like you are bugging them when asked any question. Whomever does their inventory just guessed at what they have. This place needs to be closed down. The store was dirty and a mess. There was no established line. The cashier was unprofessional. It was a chaotic mess. We try to support brick and mortar stores, but this one won't make it unless something changes. Go to Target and save yourself a headache. read more

Tons of party supplies to make your party the BOMB. Not only party supplies, but a huge assortment of balloons. They have birthday balloons, get well, it's a boy/girl balloons, etc. For all you Bama and War Eagle supporters, they have a variety of cups, stickers, license plate frames, and magnets. I was just a little surprised to see that. Also, they had a nice section dedicated to New Orleans Saints fans. Before I go back to watch the Saints in N.O. I will be sure to stop by here. read more
