She is responsive, professional, understanding, resourceful, knowledgeable, organized, and somehow extremely calming despite how hectic wedding planning can be! I don't know how she does it all and doesn't show any stress! My wedding was in Fairhope but I was in Tuscaloosa finishing up grad school, recently diagnosed with a chronic illness, which meant planning was much more hands off than I had originally hoped. However, Jenna learned enough about what my husband and I cared about and envisioned for our wedding weekend and she went above and beyond anything we could have come up with. She was an incredible listener and always efficient. Jenna is a true PRO / event planning GENIUS and she will make your wedding dreams come to life within your budget and timeframe!!!! She has an amazing eye to the point that the entire weekend felt cohesive, almost like a romantic story. Jenna knows so many vendors in the area and set us up with incredible photographers, videographers, make up/hair teams, florists, cake designers, and band that made our weekend the most memorable experience of our lives. The Welcome Party, Bridesmaid Brunch, Rehearsal Dinner, Wedding, and Reception all felt like such special chapters we will never forget! My bridesmaid brunch was even held in her event space, overlooking downtown Fairhope with a beautiful balcony. We got so many compliments about her, the other professionals she recommended, and the set up/organization of the beautiful wedding. While our wedding was in Fairhope, I would hire her for a wedding anywhere because I know how resourceful, experienced, and adaptive she is and it is so worth having someone dependable like her during this process! The weekend was relaxed and seamless. If there were issues, I would not have even known, because she stays on top of things, handles issues, and ensures everyone is having the best time they can have. Again, I can't emphasize enough how calming her presence is and how amazing her problem solving skills are. Did I even mention this was during COVID and she was pregnant?? We are so incredibly grateful for her and wish her all the success she so deserves- it will be fun to continue watching her events via social media @jennalaineweddings on insta and we can't wait to see what her future holds!! I gave her some direction on…read morehow I envisioned everything but gave her the reins to do whatever she thought was necessary...she did an incredible job! I have heard from all of my family members who worked with her on the day-of and they all gave her rave reviews! She is a hard worker, incredibly knowledgeable and very professional in the way she handles things. I was so lucky to have her as my day-of coordinator and am so thankful for everything she did to make my day perfect!

1 star is being gracious considering the atrocious behavior displayed by "DJ" Hank last night at my…read moresons wedding. There was an issue of a bridesmaid changing a song because the DJ was absent from the booth (again) and quite frankly, the music was less than entertaining. Hank had a major issue with this & voiced his displeasure over the mic using profane language. THEN got back on the mic to tell the mother of the bride to go F herself, F her, etc. 100+ of our guests stood open mouthed in shock. Thankfully, our Videographers caught every bit of this debacle & even stated that out of the hundreds of weddings he's worked, he's never witnessed an incident so disrespectful. I would highly recommend NOT hiring this DJ.

He played a selection of songs that no one seemed to enjoy and showed no awareness of the crowd's reactions or energy. Throughout the night, he repeatedly left his DJ booth--sometimes for up to 30 minutes at a time. When guests tried to simply skip a song by pressing one button he returned and made a scene in front of everyone, and even used profanity (the F-word) in front of a dance floor full of children. After that, he packed up his equipment and left the event entirely. Fortunately, we had a Bluetooth speaker on hand, which turned out to be a blessing. Once we started playing our own music, everyone had a much better time. Based on this experience, I would highly recommend skipping this DJ altogether--bring your own speaker and playlist, and you'll be guaranteed a far better experience.

The charcuterie table looked great, fresh, tasted great. The Brussel Sprouts were fantastic! Pies tasted good, and looked beautiful displayed on the pie table.
