I spoke directly to the owner prior to the day of the pickup and was assured that black chairs were available. However, when I received the items the chairs were the wrong color, filthy, and missing tips that keep the chairs from sliding or damaging the floor. There were also chairs that were not the standard table height, and some were missing screws to secure the back. Needless to say, the chairs were unusable! The table was covered in dirt and out of sheer desperation it took me 15 minutes and an entire canister of disinfecting wipes to clean the table before being able to place a tablecloth on it for use. I contacted the owner and never received a callback!! I will never use this company again nor do I recommend it !! I will use Blue Rental Company!! Apparently, this company buys/retrieves discarded chairs from Blue Rental because their name Blue Rental was stamped on the bottom with a blue line of spray paint across it.

We spent thousands of dollars, only to have furniture arrive in unacceptable condition on the morning of my wedding. Our event coordinator had to call a manager back to the venue to attempt stain removal, but many stains remained clearly visible. As a bride, this was BEYOND disheartening. NO ONE should have to deal with this kind of stress on their wedding day. It's clear they have no proper quality control in place to prevent such issues. To make matters worse, I have called the business EIGHT times since my wedding, simply to speak with someone about even a partial refund or compensation. Not once has someone followed through with a response other than "we'll get back to you". I never imagined I would have such a terrible experience with a "premiere" or "luxury" rental company. A company that claims to provide high-quality event rentals. If you are considering renting from them, be warned- you are taking a huge risk with both the quality of what will be delivered and their complete lack of accountability afterward. THE ONLY thing i can say that was done right- was that they added some pillows to help with their mistake the day of. The stains were still visible and compensation should be made for the extreme stress and turmoil that I experienced the morning of my wedding.

She is responsive, professional, understanding, resourceful, knowledgeable, organized, and somehow extremely calming despite how hectic wedding planning can be! I don't know how she does it all and doesn't show any stress! My wedding was in Fairhope but I was in Tuscaloosa finishing up grad school, recently diagnosed with a chronic illness, which meant planning was much more hands off than I had originally hoped. However, Jenna learned enough about what my husband and I cared about and envisioned for our wedding weekend and she went above and beyond anything we could have come up with. She was an incredible listener and always efficient. Jenna is a true PRO / event planning GENIUS and she will make your wedding dreams come to life within your budget and timeframe!!!! She has an amazing eye to the point that the entire weekend felt cohesive, almost like a romantic story. Jenna knows so many vendors in the area and set us up with incredible photographers, videographers, make up/hair teams, florists, cake designers, and band that made our weekend the most memorable experience of our lives. The Welcome Party, Bridesmaid Brunch, Rehearsal Dinner, Wedding, and Reception all felt like such special chapters we will never forget! My bridesmaid brunch was even held in her event space, overlooking downtown Fairhope with a beautiful balcony. We got so many compliments about her, the other professionals she recommended, and the set up/organization of the beautiful wedding. While our wedding was in Fairhope, I would hire her for a wedding anywhere because I know how resourceful, experienced, and adaptive she is and it is so worth having someone dependable like her during this process! The weekend was relaxed and seamless. If there were issues, I would not have even known, because she stays on top of things, handles issues, and ensures everyone is having the best time they can have. Again, I can't emphasize enough how calming her presence is and how amazing her problem solving skills are. Did I even mention this was during COVID and she was pregnant?? We are so incredibly grateful for her and wish her all the success she so deserves- it will be fun to continue watching her events via social media @jennalaineweddings on insta and we can't wait to see what her future holds!! I was told I needed a pickup truck with a full-size bed. On Friday 4/21/2017 I came in at 8am to pickup the items, along with my sister. We paid the outstanding balance and was advised to go to loading dock 1 to pickup our items. My sister pulled her truck up and was told by Gerald that the 3 tables would not fit in the truck. (We decide we only needed 3. ) I was called and I came over to see what was going on bcz I asked days ago about the pickup. So, Gerald rudely advised that the front office don't know what they be talking about. I told him that's between them. But we need these tables. He then complain about not wanting to be there. I responded well take the day off and go home or do what you get paid to do. He then stopped talking and called another person to the back of the lot where he unlocked a storage unit to get the 3 tables out and the young man loaded the tables. Never securing them just stated to drive slow. I adjusted the bungy straps to secure and we went to the venue. Upon return of the tables on Saturday 4/22/2017 Gerald felt the need to express to my brother in law that we talk to much. Also stating we tried to get him to damage the truck by putting the same tables on the truck. Keep in mind the same 3 tables were on the truck securely with the bed door up. Gerald DO NOT need to interact with customer ever!!!!!! His personality is hostile, very negitive, and aggressive like a bully. He was very unprofessional!!! No one should feel bullied when spending their money with a business!
