    Buffalo wings poutine! Delicious

The ambiance looked like something from Madame Toussads and Rock and Roll. Very hip place. The service was also very casual and I saw people receiving orders of large pizzas on these pizza stands. Ordered the buffalo chicken poutine ($14) as per recommended and I really enjoyed this meal!!

My review is for lunch but this is clearly more of an evening place. There is live music on Friday and maybe Saturday nights. I ordered the Five Borough Hero which was $14.00 including the fries (but I talked our server into swapping them for onion rings). My partner ordered the Philly Cheesesteak sandwich for $15.00. They arrived promptly and without asking I quickly swapped out half of mine for half of hers. I'm glad I did because her Philly was served warm and was very tender while my Hero was served cold so it wasn't as good. Actually we both strongly preferred the Philly to the Hero. I recommend that you don't wear white anything when you arrive because both sandwiches are very messy to eat so you can expect a minimum of sticky fingers and a possibility of mustard pants. Soho must know this because they provided two of those packaged damp napkins so that you can experience non-sticky fingers again. The sandwiches were fine but unremarkable. Service was top notch though. The next time I'm here I'll try the pizza. They serve it by the slice and that plus the hot dogs, is their specialty. I can see how Soho will be very popular with the Oliver crowd but it's easy for anyone to find. Soho is on the north side of Jasper Ave between 114 and 115 streets. I found metered parking just around the corner on 114th Street.

Soho has quickly become my go to place to watch the game or check out some live music. The best of both worlds! Whether you're there to take in the play-offs, game of footy or enjoy some local talent, Soho is top notch. With a blend of old school punk and new age rock, Soho's vibe is inclusive (cue gender neutral bathroom!!), hip and a side of yes, you are cool enough to sit at my table. The walls are plastered with concert posters, cool art and bands that would make even my mom proud. But... Where Soho really shines are their humongous NY style pizzas. I'm not exaggerating when I say the pizza is the size of the table. Totally big enough to share with a few pals! Thin crust and enough toppings to fill you up but not too many that it'd over power this classic pie. I've been to Soho more than 15 times since it opened just a short while ago and I have never been disappointed. Service is always good and the beer (many local beers) is always cold.

Once again an amazing night at Soho. Great atmosphere and the service is amazing. I went with my girlfriend for birthday drinks and pizza and it was fantastic. Joel the server was probably the best server i have met in a long time. We orderered beer and cocktails which were devine and split a saustge and mushroom pizza. It was massive. 1 and 1/2 pieces filled us. Really loved the crust and we had plenty to take home. We also had the NY cheesecake which was yummy. The menu isn't super diverse, but what they do, they do well. This would be a great pub to become a local to. Again, totally recomend it and totally save me a spot.

I was invited to go check out this new restaurant downtown, Soho! It was grand opening night and boy did this place do great! It's unusual now a days to see a restaurant full of people but this place was bumpin!! And the service was still on point! Usually that's what suffers first. Soho is a 1980's New York themed place with casual eats and bar drinks. The vibe in there is awesome! Beautiful red leather booths, high top tables with chairs, seating at the bar, and even a stage! The decor is great and really looks and feels like New York style. The food was delicious, especially the pizza. I really liked that one. It has some Italian herbs and spices on it, it's thin crust and delicious. The meatball sub is delicious too and filling. The Philly cheesesteak comes in 2 ways, one is more of a saucy type and the other is more of an Italian sub style. I preferred the saucy version and it tasted pretty yummy too, very comforting. We ordered some half orders of the Mac and cheese bites which are basically fried bites filled with Mac and cheese! I loved these and I feel like they're a great bar food bites. We also got a half order of deep fried pickles which were yummy too! This is a great place for happy hour! They have happy hour specials and delicious local beer. They even have their own beer the "Soho Loco" in partnership with local beer company SeaChange Brewing! So good! If you're looking for some happy hour specials or just a casual night out check out Soho! They had a live band for opening night so they may have more live music in the future too. They're open late so you can always grab some food to go up until 2am! Conveniently located in downtown too, with lots of parking right beside the building.

Came here because of a Yelp Elite Event. Man, What a cool place! I love the rock n roll vibe of this place. We came for lunch and we were not disappointed! We had the hot dog and the Philly cheesesteak. The steak of the Philly was tender and tasty. One critique i have is I wished they would have used less sauce so the steak was the star. Maybe ask for that on the side. The dog was tasty with a fresh bun and loads of condiments! We had onion rings and fries and both were great. Not too much batter on the onion rings; just how I like them. Service was super! They have a good selection of local beers! Try the Omen stout if they have it. So good!! Thank u Vilma / Yelp for introducing me to this great little spot. I'll definitely be back to listen to live music!

Wow, I love everything about this place! Can't wait to see it with a band rocking away on the stage with a big crowd dancing and partying. The logo says what they're all about: Pizza (New York style), Jams (sweet tunes that are often live), Pints (they already have a Soho branded beer), and Phillys (cheese steak sandwiches). The decor is bold and eclectic but all works together to curate a unique ambiance. The classic red leather booths pop out and are very inviting. The oversized wall art makes a statement. Right when you enter the bar, there's a cool mural with their slogan, which you should take the time to read. Finally the round chandeliers with the collage of images brings an elegance and wow factor. I was lucky enough to sample a big part of their menu and was really impressed with some items. One of my favourite item is the huge pepperoni pizza with hand cut pepperoni slices. The pepperoni sticks themselves are smaller in size rather than the large deli meat style that most places use. It's really noticeable because the slices curl up from the 500 degree oven and have that glistening pool of fat in the little cups that each pepperoni slice makes. A few other items I'd order again are the Bowery meatball in a French roll, the Bleeker street chicken parm sandwich, and the specialty poutine topped with Buffalo chicken. Soho also has $0.45 wings on Tuesday and every month offers a beer for only $4.25! Now that's value! They also have a take out window where you can order pizza by the slice and one day maybe the full bar menu! Their grand opening to the public is Saturday October 2nd so don't miss out on a great party, good food, and live music!

First time visiting this place and what a cool little place, I absolutely love the atmosphere. The person working was very friendly and made sure to greet me as I came in even though it looked like she was the only person in bartending and serving 3 tables. I wasn't able to dine in today but will definitely be back as their pizzas look great. I had the Philly Cheesesteak with OG hot sauce and no mustard, they flavour of the sandwich was very good. The meat cooked perfect the mushrooms peppers and cheese, sooo good. The only downside, and it is not their fault at all, is the sandwich is quite saucy and travelling with it the bun doesn't really hold up. I got home and it was quite soggy, STILL delicious but soggy (so best to order in house or if you live close). That being said the fries held up very well and were quite delicious. Will definitely be back to try out other things on the menu and enjoy some of that live music on weekends.

Duggan's Boundary Irish Pub - Beef Dip

Came for a beer or two and to socialize on a Friday afternoon…read more This place was packed at 230pm. Service was slow that's the only reason I didn't give a 5/5. We were greeted right away without an option of a menu for a drink. I asked for a menu and got one but then our server didn't return for quite a while. Same thing when we wanted a second round. It was pretty busy, but no one checked up on us or seemed to help our server out. We did see a few others working with her but not checking tables. We shared their most popular pizza it was pretty good. Would recommend their food! Prices are great. Atmosphere was great. I'd come back again.

We almost got up and left. Then it took a while for the food to come out even though it appeared like we were the only ones eating. Then we had to go up and ask for the bill and pay because no one was visible. Not impressed at all. It is cute inside and was nicely decorated for Christmas. Food itself was fine. I had the beef dip. They were skimpier on the meat then previously. The fries and the dip were really tasty. My husband had the chicken sandwich It was tasty but the patty seemed a little small. We are not sure if we hit a bad afternoon but we will give it another shot sometime.
